Not the best car wash around. Not recommended if you have a large car or a truck. They have 2 rails along the floor that gives you about 2" clearance to get your car in. Can damage your tires or worse if your misaligned.

Terrible experience. No undercarriage wash as advertised, car still covered in soap when I got home, and dirty. Soap and water drips all over car as you pull out. Had to wipe it down and hose it off myself. Would have been washing myself.

2/3/16 - purchased the Deluxe Wash - $10 - Terrible results. The wash claims to clean and leave a spot free finish. Neither was further from the truth. After the wash, I wiped down my vehicle. The cloth was filthy. Plus, my black vehicle had streaks. It's been 3 days since I emailed the company ... Still no response. Save your money!!

No touch car wash. Between $8-12 for the desired package. Car remains in park and the washer moves around you. It missed a lot of areas on my Jeep leaving the salt and grime behind. They also have vaccuums for your use outside. I guess it's good for a rinse job, but don't expect it to be perfect.

I have never been to any car wash that doesnt include drying with every wash option. My car was cleaner before the $8 car wash, that did not have any drying. In order to get the dry, you have to spend $4 more. Many other options to choose from that are better value. I will never be back to any Niagara Car Wash!

This place is only have self shampoo vacuum, and I was looking for a long time. I went to delta sonic, and I paid them $80 for shampoo vacuum. I can still smell vomit in my car due to my drunk friend. When I found out this place offer self shampoo vacuum, I was thrilled to stopping by here. Unfortunately, the shampoo vacuum is out of service, and I used the cleaning product from Walmart and use their vacuum and scent spray. I did better job than delta sonic for sure... the scent of vomit is gone almost 90%. I would give them for 5 stars if the shampoo vacuum is working!

Although I am happy with the car wash itself; it will NEVER read my credit card, which is infuriating. Many times I have had to leave as I didn't have the proper money to avoid being paid my change in quarters!! I can find no email address with which to discuss this matter, so unless the problem is corrected, I will have to change car washes. Is it because I have a chip in my card???

I always get the 12 dollar option. Their card reader doesn't work with older cards (might be an ESL issue, though) but the wash is great and I've never had any issues. If you're using cash, change is given in quarters. This wash is 100% touchless. The problem areas on my vehicle include brake dust on my wheels and road dust under the overhang on my rear window and the 12 dollar wash takes care of it all.

This is a good local car wash co. But last year it did a more complete clean. This year the wash doesn't clean the tailgate and lower rear panels well. It left salt spray behind.

I’ve used this car wash before. The wash it gives isn’t bad but it’s also not good. My most recent use was at the third washing bay. The right side of my ram 1500 was definitely cleaned much better than the left side was. While sitting there I noticed that the left side was not spraying cleaning fluids as well as the right side was. There might be a clog somewhere in the pipes. There was a little bit of bird poop on the left side of my truck when I left. A couple of dirt/dust patches as well. There may be some better places around but this place is far from the worst even though I’m only giving 2 stars.

Unfortunately the car wash was not being managed and the car next to me at the vacuum bay was smoking pot and hot boxing. It was not only impacting my experience but the car then driving be away with someone who I am certain would’ve been considered legally a DUI. I am sad that managing a business comes to this but if you want your decent customers to feel comfortable coming to the wash you will need to think about these types of customer behaviors when a space is unsupervised.

Niagara car wash, just west on Chili Avenue, very nice job for a car wash. I don't use the vacuums, but the wash bays always do me right. I have seen repairs happen, but usually peak times mean good lines and good service. Love the automated pay system and yes, they give change. Good wash, safe area,.....I keep going back since the open over 5 years!

Went there as its close by. $8 Quick car wash option didn't have undercarriage option included so we chose a $11 package and to add drying you have to pay $1 extra means $12 minimum. We didn't opt for drying option but at the end regret that. Car wash was really busy on weekend and we had to actually wait for our turn but it was quickly done and we were out and about.
