Called this morning and was able to schedule a car wash for my truck. Steve was super helpful and very communicative as far as what the service would entail. This isn’t your gas station type of 5 min car wash. This is a very detailed and intricate wash. My truck looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealer.

Excellent hand wash service! Friendly staff! Sheldon went above and beyond. Car was totally cleaned both inside and outside, while I waited in the lounge area. They have a clean wash bay and when I pulled in, the process and timeline was explained. Since they do a detailed cleaning and are so thorough, the process takes about 45-50 mins. I would say their prices are fair in my opinion considering the amount of care and labor they put into ensure that your car comes out totally clean! They don’t cut corners and the end result is an immaculately clean car that will leave you happy!

Steve did a stupendous job cleaning my 2015 Audi A4 Quattro sedan! When I first pulled up to the place, he gave a brief overview of the cleaning process and was upfront with how long the entire process would take. Although this car wash is pricier than others, it is well worth the cost if you want your vehicle looking brand new and shiny. I strongly recommend taking your car here if you want the very best service.

I was looking for a good hand car wash to bring my car to. I looked them up but you must make an appointment. The gentleman couldn't have been more rude when he turned me away. He tried to direct me to a mechanical car wash. While I know that this probably won't hurt his business at all and I'm sure he's been there for years a simple blurb on the internet that states that they are appointment only would be helpful to not waste people's time. Also, I have the feeling that if I drove a Porsche and not an Audi you probably would have treated me a bit differently.

These guys take so much care in what they do, they want you to be happy whatever it takes. It feels like a gift to get the car back from them looking how it does after my two little kids booger and crumb up the interior and the NJ turnpike coats the outside with bugs and soot.

I’ve been to a lot of Hand Car wash and been overpriced for horrible car washes. But this place is not one of those. They did an amazing job and paid attention to every detail on the car. The car never looked so good. I live all the way in Manhattan and would travel all the way just for this place. The owners are nice and very straight forward 10/10. Paid close to $400 and they cleaned the interior, but did not touch the exterior of the car. Cuts and scrapes on the back seat upholstery. Corroded window label icons and other metallic interior markings. Electronics and all settings were completely out of whack and not functioning. Not the “like new” clean refresh I was hoping for. Car is ultimately cleaner and yet in worse condition due to damage. Never got a call back when car was finished. Cold customer service. I’m shocked at how terrible this experience was.

Just back from picking up my 2020 Audi Q5 from New Providence Hand Car Wash. pulling up I was immediately happy! The car was immaculate. Both the interior and exterior were perfect. The service was excellent. This morning I realized I forgot to ask them to remove some old stickers and texted Sheldon. He did this and called back to ask about others on the side rear windows as well. Highly recommend!

Holy wow!! I simply can not say enough about the team. Super easy, super convenient, AMAZING work! Finished earlier than promised, and I couldn't be happier! Tree sap all over the hood, now clean as a whistle. Tires are gleaming. Windows sparkling. Coming back next week to finish the interior, and I can't wait!! Don't hesitate, come in now!!
