I went there today and got the last blower motor for my Dodge Dart SE 2015, they were the only ones in town that had it cheapest. Got to my mechanic and come to find out the part was BROKEN. Went back to them and they could order me one for the next day in the AM but wouldnt do anything for me and my mechanics inconvenience (Columbia Car Care, best in town thank you for squeezing me in). Thanks for NOTHING NAPA!! You guys SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE......

Always friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I like the other 2 "big box" auto parts places too, but the kids behind their counters are sometimes lacking those attributes. Napa generally has qualify parts at fair prices. Great sales on filters - their house brand is -last I checked- made by one of the best - Wix. Recent research shows Napa car batteries are one of the few (only?) with a generous pro-rated warranty but still at a reasonable price. This place should definitely be on your list of "go to" choices for auto parts.

Super helpful staff. They gave me what I asked for and didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want or need, and they helped me transport a heavy battery to my car in freezing rain. Clean store. You see the registers in an open space as soon as you walk in, ready and waiting to assist.

Napa employees went above and beyond their line of duty, I had a break light out on the rear passenger side of my car and instead of trying to sell me multiple break lights and a tool set, they went out of their way to get me the light bulb and replaced it for me. I am very thankful for them stepping out of their comfort zone and doing this for me.
