The older man with brown short hair. 5’9. Skinny was rude because I asked for a refund for a part that was $380. He was aggressively pressing the key board. He balled the receipt up and shot it on the floor. Then asked why I didn’t get the refund from Lyell ave with an attitude. Although, the part was picked up from lake. I stated that Napa on lake was closer. He then rolled his eyes and shot the part on the table and mumbled something to his coworker. Wouldn’t recommend. Go to Lyell Ave staff is great and professional and doesn’t throw tantrums!

Worst customer service ever. I bought a headlight from the NAPA store at 214 Lake Ave BLDG B, Rochester, NY 14608, United States, I brought back 2 days later because it didn’t fit in my Toyota sienna van. They weren’t accepting it and I was told by the two hispanic employees it’s not their product, not only that, they cursed me. I don’t know why they were hired. I will definitely file a complaint against them. I advise everyone not to go there.
