Motoring Specialist have the greatest technicians and customer service in the business. The techs are extremely thorough and never leave a mess. In addition, the customer service personnel should give lessons to others. I love this place; it's the best. You never have to worry when you take your car to them. They are consistent in being honest, knowledgeable, and skilled in their work...all of which they take great pride in all they do. I was so impressed with Motoring Specialists; I've been using them for almost two (2) years!

So when I walked in it started off not so great Nathan quoted me on the phone one price, when I got there it was another price😳 of course I was unhappy…..He did adjust it. I was just OK with that. Then when I picked up my car, I believe her name is Kāllie was super upbeat, great customer service, she actually told me that I mentioned the car was a 2004 which was my bad it’s actually a 2000. So in the end everything was awesome they actually did a wonderful job they checked everything I got an oil change and they gave me a list of things that need to be done and she said I actually had a great car for as old as it was came out more than satisfied!!! They did a super awesome job of washing it☺️ Thank you Therese Jimenez

We have never had better experiences with car repairs! We have a Saab; so our options are limited for European vehicle repairs. We have shopped around a couple times and we always go with Motoring Specialists. This last time they stood about among the competition by a long shot. On the phone, they gave us an estimate based on what we believed to be the issue. They were pleasant and accommodating even offering to take us home after dropping off the car. We got the car in quickly, the repairs were done quickly, the price was better than expected, they were communicative through each step of the process. They told us that they normally clean the car, but it was almost out of gas, so they gave us a voucher for a car wash. Leaving so very happy, I went to my car to find a gift on the seat. Oh, and my car: top notch repair. So, so thrilled with their services. Thank you Motoring Specialists! We will be back!

Incredible customer service. They replaced the brakes and rotors on my vehicle 2 years ago, when I started to have issues with them. They gave me a loaner car while the inspected the brakes, completely replaced them under warranty, and gave me my car back at no cost all within a week of me asking to bring my car in. I cannot recommend this company enough.

A friend recommended me to this company, after the dealership quoted me $14,500 for a water pump replacement, and a thermostat replacement. Which is absolutely insane! Well I called to ask what their prices were to compare and they said it would cost about the same for them to do the work😳very disappointed since we just moved here and we’ve been looking for a trusted mechanic, that’s not over priced. Welcome to Cali, I suppose😏

Motoring Specialists is by far the best automotive repair facility I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They are friendly, honest, and timely. I can always count on them for safe and efficient service. They care about their work and their customers. I won't go anywhere else. In fact, I just bought a new car and passed on the maintenance package with the dealer because I would rather invest it here. You won't be disappointed.

1 - The customer service is top notch. Every employee I encountered where professional and had a smile. 2- The Service Advisor was professional, positive, and thorough in her explanation about the service I would receive. She had the courtesy car ready with keys on the counter when I entered. I was out of town when my car was ready and the shop would be closed over the weekend. They offered to keep my vehicle safe until my return🌟 3- the diagnostic service was very thorough and identified items that were emergent and areas that had a little more time to be addressed. 4- the work was completed in a timely manner and the car was washed and cleaned on the inside when I received it back. I highly recommend this company!

Wow. What a great experience. I brought my Honda to them with an AC problem that another professional repair facility could not fix. Motoring Specialties correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and affordably. When they made a mistake and failed to plug a part all the way in, they not only fixed it quickly without any complaint, they gave me a $50 gift card to Fuso’s Restaurant! How’s that for customer service. They warranty all their work! Highly recommend

My new go-to shop. I love the detail they put in their reports about what is wrong with the vehicle and what they did to fix it. They provide quality work that I trust with my wife's safety when driving what they repair!!! I will certainly be coming back if not to have repairs done....or pet that cute lil pup they have!!! ....2025 update. I took in my Chevy Traverse in for a loud noise in the front end. I had work done by another shop about 1.5 yrs ago on the front suspension......expecting to replace a steering rack and considering selling the car....To my surprise they found a loose bolt in the suspension, that was installed by the other shop, and simply tightened it! Did not tell me I needed new parts or sell me something unnecessary. Integrity! That's how they do business. Plus!!! Lil Pup had a new doo!! Will absolutely be back for any needs!!!

Great customer service. Great communication. Quick repairs. Got me back on the road in no time! When my Audi Q7 TDI warranty ran out I needed an alternative from the dealer. This is my go to spot! Estimates include detailed photos and descriptions of repairs and needed repairs, way better than the dealer, more in depth and detailed, not to mention way easier to get a hold of. A great place! Friendly and professional staff. I have taken my BMW here for maintenance-oil changes, and will only take it here. You get so much more than just an oil change—- vehicle inspection with pictures, car wash, vacuuming, fluids checked and filled, and always the cutest thank you gifts. Lots of options for dropping off and picking up if you have a busy schedule. You won’t be disappointed here.

Oh my goodness I've never loved having my Audi repaired until I was referred by a friend to Motoring Specialists!! First, they diagnosed perfectly. Then they came and picked me up first class in a BMW to drive me to their place to pick up a free loaner car. They kept me updated throughout. When my car was all repaired, they washed it and left a thoughtful GIFT in my cupholder! What?! Their price was reasonable and their service was TEN STAR!! Kaylee, at the front desk was so happy and cheerful and smart - just the best. And it's truly a FAMILY business. I couldn't be happier and OH - the oil change was to perfection as well. I love everything about Motoring Specialists!!!
