Great car wash, I just wish they had a family plan or just even something for owners of multiple cars. I have three subscriptions, and its proving to not be cost effective. I'm paying almost 100.00 per month and I'm lucky if I go 5 times a month in the 3 cars that have the unlimited plan on. I may have to re-evaluate. Otherwise I like the service overall.

After realizing we parked in a drop zone at our hotel and finding our car covered in duck droppings, we found this great car wash. The attendant working the Sunday morning shift made sure that the car came out spotless. And featherless!! We are forever grateful for her diligence and kindness.

I would like to start out by saying my sister and i gave a $25 tip and we didn’t expect a professional detailing but this was probably the worst job that Mister Clean Car Wash in York has done. We drove from Lancaster expecting to get the car cleaned but it looks almost the exact same. Please reference the photos for stains, water marks, and dust they missed. Highly disappointed considering this was an over $50 “car wash”. Lastly, the employees working outside were rude and not personable. It’s hot, i get that, but I also work outside running 911 calls. It’s your job therefore you should have a better attitude towards costumers.

Don't waste your money! The rinsing left the entire car with streaks and spots. Also, for anyone sensitive to perfume scents - STAY AWAY!!!! We had the car washed earlier today and the inside still smells like a perfume counter!

It pains me when a business deserves one star. Just my personal experience. Very unfortunate, I went there for my first time and last. The good is that it is extremely powerful carwash, the bad it ripped off the siding in 3 of the door handles; the ugly they told me "due to prior damage they will not compensate in any way the damage". I know there was zero damage bc I just had the car detailed and was not missing the handle siding, which is quite noticeable. Lies are not an ethical way of doing business. Anyway, we have a "he said" from each side. I have the choice of going to my regular car wash (Sundance Car wash, that had never ripped off any siding), and they will continue fine with their clientele. Lesson learned, very unfortunate how their management decided to close the claim. BTW I asked for proof of the "prior damage per their cameras"...pending to be sent to me.

Outstanding i pay 42.39 $ per month its well worth it because one car was anyplace else cost half that. I colud wash my car every day if i want to and vacuum is included also tires are shined good deal if yo like a clean car .

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received recently from one of your team members. Unfortunately, my husband’s sticker on the window was damaged due to the snow. Despite the harsh 5° weather, a young lady from your team stepped in to assist us with the removal of the damaged sticker and the application of a new one. My husband felt quite apologetic for the inconvenience, but she kindly reassured him that it was no trouble at all and that they would take care of everything. This car wash is phenomenal. It's very gentle on your car and does a great job. I got the basic wash for $10. And then they offer free vacuuming. The free vacuums I was skeptical of using, but they have very high suction. I'm thinking about getting a membership here since I plan to go frequently.
