Trent Lukens is a great finance director. I had made my first ever dealership purchase buying a used Ford from here. He made the whole process easy, seamless and guided me through it all. He was very professional while keeping an upbeat attitude and even sharing laughs. Fast forward to now I decided to upgrade from my used Ford to a brand new Ford but the experience was very different. Both deals were done a little bit later in the day yet Trent maintained a positive attitude the entire time. The other finance director was not so upbeat, and left me feeling like me being there buying my first ever brand new vehicle was an inconvenience. Overall Trent was a great guy to do business with and had left me with a great experience.

Wow I don't even know where to begin. This dealership has been an irritation. I have no issue with sales when I bought my 2021 Mazda 6 earlier this year they do good work and help you the best they can. What I do have an issue with is the service department. My own mechanic who has years of experience has pointed out every time I get an oil change that my car has an oil leak and that I need to get it looked at through Mazda with my warranty. The first time I went to this place for a diagnose they said everything was clean and gave it back to me and they even waived the diagnose fee. Fair enough maybe it was some spilled oil, but upon the next oil change after that I was told the oil leak was getting even worse. I planned this out multiple days in advance and even told them that I work within their hours and my time is very limited. THEY told me themselves that they would have loaners for me and that I could come in at 7:15 am since that's when they apparently have loaners available. Upon arriving early no one was there to help me get started. I waited till about 7:30 when the service person in charge of the front desk showed up. Him walking in smelling like weed and being late to the appointment didn't really help my enthusiasm. His excuse was that someone called out apparently which I get that happens, but at that moment I was getting frustrated with what felt like wasted time. He goes and checks for a loaner for me and tells me there is none and there wasn't going to be. I'm confused because they told me there would be and he asks who told me that. I state the name and he says that's him. So this guy has no idea what he's doing?????? At this point I'm ready to leave because I was told there would be loaners ready in the morning if I came in the MORNING. He tries offering me a quick diagnose but that did not help my issue. I need an actual diagnose that goes thoroughly in my engine bay to find the issue not some quick check. At this point I don't get having a warranty if the dealership themselves aren't actually helpful. I'll have to go to Vallejo I guess. Added photos of said oil leak.

Jack and Trenton are a dream to work with! I'm a die hard Mazda fan, but I've had a crush on the Mini Cooper for like 2 decades. So when I saw they had a used one on the lot, I figured I'd call and just check on the details. Fast forward a few hours. Jack was great at answering all my questions without being pushy. We have a shared appreciation for small roadsters so we had some fun on the test drive. Even though he sells Mazdas primarily, he was still able to give me a lesson on all the little buttons and dials in the mini. Trenton knocked the fiancing terms out of the park! I went in thinking I'd walk out with a payment about $150 higher than it turned out to be, plus he got me great interest terms for this market and was able to hook up a bumper to bumper extended warranty that was comprehensive and long enough to ease my mind about any potential big ticket repairs that might come with owning a used German car. I'm SOOOO happy!! The entire experience was pretty great, especially considering how terrible buying a car can be. Absolutely will be back the next time I'm to purchase another vehicle.

He walked me through every feature of my new CX-30 and we had a great conversation during the test drive. He made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. Trenton, the finance director, was also amazing — he took his time explaining all the paperwork and was very patient with my father, whose first language isn’t English. We truly appreciated how respectful and thorough he was. I drove about an hour to get here and it was 1000% worth it. I’m so glad that I shopped around, and even more glad that I connected with Vacaville! It was a really smooth process. I first connected with the finance director, Trent Lukens, and I explained what I was looking for and that I was shopping around for the best lease deal on a CX-5 with no add-ons or other funny business. He guaranteed no markup or add ons and told me confidently that Vacaville would beat any lease deal I received. I began emailing with the general manager Nick Tan, who sent me a transparent lease worksheet and also confirmed things like money factor and no dealer add ons, and I made an appointment to come in. I then met with sales consultant Krystofer Milenko, who had the car I wanted pulled up and ready to go at my appointment time. He was extremely personable and not at all pushy, and took time to explain the features of the CX5 preferred. He’s new to sales, but took care to double check the answers to all of my questions. It turned out that the particular car they had in stock did not have a sunroof, which I wanted. Nick was able to secure the exact car I wanted in my preferred color. He was very transparent about the price difference, showing me the options on that car with a new lease worksheet containing an additional discount. I was able to secure my dream car for an absolutely minimal amount more per month ($4!!!). Krys took me through all of the paperwork yesterday afternoon, and we were able to pick up the car this morning, detailed and with a full tank of gas. After going out to a celebratory lunch, my mom and I returned and we asked the salesmen if someone would take a photo of us with my new car. Krys was offsite at the time, but another salesman, Jorge Bermudez, was available and offered a HUGE red bow to take photos with. He placed it on a cloth to protect the hood, and he proceeded to take many photos from different angles—he was very gracious and went so far above and beyond the simple photo we had asked for. I’m absolutely in love with my new car and was really happy with the overall leasing experience.
