This new car wash replaced Madison Car Wash. They do not do a good job at all. Don't go. You'll end up cleaning your car after you leave. Cup holders dirty, crumbs on rug. Manager tells many they need a detail.

I’ve been going to Madison car wash for years. Mostly out of convenience as it is close to my place of work. However, I often leave disappointed. The windows develop a film on them within days of the cleaning and the water marks are all over the car because it is not dried well. For $30 I would expect for the car to at least look clean. The inside vacuum is minimal. I was told by a manger that it’s a free country and I can go somewhere else. That was the last time I ever give this place my business.

Ken, wherever you are, please come back. This car wash is terrible. I used to go weekly for many years, but not any more. They cut the staff that wipes/cleans your car after it's washed; so the line to gets backed up. It's just a disaster. They do a horrible job, plus they raised the price. Stay away, you'll be glad you did.

Got a car wash at Madison Car Wash & Detail Center on Main St., Madison, NJ, and I’m impressed! The new owners have this place running smoothly. My car was cleaned quickly, and it came out spotless—shining like it just rolled off the lot. Staff was friendly, prices were fair, and no long wait even on a busy day. Definitely coming back!

Have been going here for years to get our cars washed, always good service. Recently bought a used car that had some wear/stain on the interior B pillars. Went over to ask their opinion, if they thought that it could come out if we got the car detailed. The owner said “let’s find out” and had one of the detail staff come over and within 5min they looked brand new. They didn’t even charge us !! Great place that we will continue to go to for car washes and any detailing jobs.

I'm a monthly member and this was my first time coming to this location. Extremely disappointed they didn't even touch my interior. Floor mats were still covered in salt and they didn't even take them out. Also didn't do an adequate job drying the car. Left water all over the side and ended up leaving water marks. Not worth waiting almost 30 minutes in line for. Avoid this location

We love Team Car Wash, and their locations like in Summit, Westfield, and most recently, Madison, are all super helpful, thorough, attentive, friendly and accommodating. The Manager, Jack, in Madison, is awesome, and we've never had a single problem, issue or snag with our SUVs getting 100% washed/cleaned. A little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. And what's cheap anymore??? Not even a burger from McDonald's. Clearly, they are doing something right, because there's always a line at every location! And if they were that bad, like these idiots leaving 1-star reviews, claim, no one would go... Right? 5-stars, A+ and highly recommended to all, coming from a somewhat picky fella (me). 😉

I used to be a loyal customer back when this was a genuine mom-and-pop business, but under the new management, this place has become the worst car wash I have ever visited. It is heartbreaking to see a great local spot turn into just another incompetent franchise operation that doesn't care about quality or its customers. The cleaning job was pathetic. The interior was barely touched; the carpets were left soaking wet, and the car actually smelled worse leaving than it did arriving—a gross, damp odor that lingered for hours. They completely ignored the trunk, and the front grill didn't look like it had seen a drop of soap or water. It was still covered in grime. To make matters worse, the service is hostile. There was absolutely no one in line behind me, yet the staff was aggressively urging me to pull out before I had even started my engine. It felt like they were just trying to churn cars through with zero regard for safety or courtesy. The cherry on top is the management. The owner (or manager) seems to be constantly picking fights with customers. Instead of fixing mistakes, they argue. It creates a terrible, tense atmosphere that you just don't want to be around. I am never coming back. If you want your car actually cleaned and want to be treated with a shred of respect, go literally anywhere else. Pros: None. Cons: Dirty interior, wet carpets, ignored trunk/grill, rude staff, combative owner.

I usually prefer not to write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with this car wash in hopes of prompting some improvements. I opted for the deluxe package, as I always did when it was Madison Car Wash. However, after the service was completed, my car had a very unpleasant smell, likely due to the use of dirty rags. The floor mats were not cleaned properly; they were returned to the car with visible white salt stains and a chalky residue. Additionally, there were noticeable white spots on the dashboard. The vacuuming was poorly done leaving dirt and debris in the console, door pockets, tight corners, and grooves. When I got home, I had to re-clean and vacuum the entire interior of the car. I have been a loyal customer of Madison Car Wash for years and have had my car detailed there twice a year, always with exceptional results. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Teams fell far below my expectations. I am now searching for a new car wash, and I’m uncertain if I will return to Teams. And I need to let Ken know, he was the absolute best!

Went 3 times with the unlimited car wash pass I got. Stains where left the same, it says interior cleaning but seats and carpets are not included. I been to car washes that were cheaper and more details were provided. I left my car key and garage remote under the radio as I drove away the key was not to be found until I searched it was thrown between the passenger and arm rest as shown in picture. Cup holder dirty. They said they don’t clean the seats and just vacuum on top of the carpets but they took out my carpet and placed it on top of items I had placed there instead of putting the items on the seat. Got the highest membership and I would say not worth it. Only getting shinny wheels out of it.
