Vacuum should be included with wash, as should a towel dry. What car wash doesn't dry your car at the end? Vacuum barely picked up the sand on the carpet.

Do not use this wash first time I went I came out with a few scuff marks on the paint and I talked to them and they took no accountability and they were not terrible so I let it go. then most recently I went and the wash took off the clear coat of my paint and again all the manger said was hed look into it and they do so many cars and they all go through fine so it could not have been their wash… it was not there when I went in

Worst car wash I ever had. Hardley any wash going on at all. Didn't get car clean. When I went to vacuum guy tells me they are closing. Then he said 5 minutes. They took my money for the lousy wash and wasn't gonna let me vacuum. This car wash sucks on all levels

usually a good experience but they charged me for the most expensive when i said twice that i wanted deluxe. his argument was my car was too dirty for the deluxe but it was the same exact wash as the deluxe so i’m confused.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. On Thursday, they broke a piece off my car and initially tried to claim that the car came in like that. I knew that wasn't the case because the missing piece was a cover with a sensor behind it, and the sensor only started ringing after I left the car wash. When I confronted them, they claimed they couldn't find the broken piece. I asked to see the security footage, but they said the cameras weren't working and that they had to wait for Google to send it to them. This excuse was clearly a stalling tactic. By Sunday, they miraculously "found" the piece and attempted to fix it with super glue. When I returned on Tuesday, the glue was still wet, and they blatantly denied having used it, despite clear evidence to the contrary. They tried to blame it on me . However, the glue was still sticky when I touched it. I pointed out that if I had used super glue, it wouldn't still be wet six days later. Eventually, they ordered the proper piece and just got it fixed, but this only happened after all the arguments and my insistence on getting the issue resolved. This place is incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. They tried to lie at every step of the process and provided shoddy repairs before reluctantly doing the right thing. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
