Do not do Kroger pickup here. I waited over an hour and had to go in twice and pick up my own groceries!! I placed my order at 2pm for pickup at 5. I park and wait. I notice people pulling up after me and are getting their groceries. 30 min go by and I go in to ask about my order. Greeted by a manager and find out they never got notified about my order... Luckily I only ordered 10 items and she went to get my groceries. I wait back in my car and ANOTHER 30 min go by!! I go back in and the pickup employee is clocking out. I ask the manager where are my groceries?? She gets them from the back knowing I've been waiting this whole time. I just grab my groceries and leave. Do yourself a favor and just go to the one on Dowlen.

The store is amazing, and the staff members are awesome too. In my humble opinion.

Kroger on 23 & phelen Large variety of items just not a lot of it on the shelves. Bakery has the best cakes ever and are priced very reasonable. Friendly staff in most areas. The meat department could use some more help. It’s handicap accessible. Prices are within reason with competitors and they fruit and veggies are always fresh and clean. I never see any kind of disorder or mess anywhere in the store. Lovely florist shop. The seasonal aisles are always inviting with plenty in stock. And the nice young people who bag the groceries and help you unload them to your car are SUPER sweet. I just love shopping here, But the meat department not so happy with them.

**They just fired three managers in less than a week at this one store. In my opinion, the ones fired should not have been. I will not go in this store past 3pm. Customer service is horrible during the evening hours. Most of the front end employees could care less about working. They always trash talk, are rude, play on phones to much, and just generally unpleasant. When I shop here it's early in the mornings. The employees during the morning hours really appreciate their jobs.** I really like the prices here. I visit so much, most of the employees know me and my family. My only drawback and complaint is the horrible parking. I usually park a distance from the building itself because it's just that bad. Since this is a 24 hour store you can count on some undesirables hanging around the outside at night so be careful! Also, even though I love this store, I'm not very fond of the produce department. It just doesn't seem very fresh. I do wish that would improve. I will continue to shop here as long I live in the area. As much as I enjoy this store, "some" of the employees really don't want to work, especially in the evenings. They horse around too much and gossip at the check out lines. I try to do all my business in the mornings or early afternoons. It really all depends on which mgr is on duty.

I go shopping here like 3 times a week because it close to my house and I like the products/prices they have. The people here have always been very sweet and helpful but yesterday was very different! I was there and went to check out and the lady was very rude and snotty. She held my basket up in the air and dumped my stuff out all over the place and threw the basket! Then I tried to give her my savings card and she gave me a nasty look and wouldn't take it, she rudely told me to go on the other side and do it myself and when I said I'm sorry I shop here often and they always do it she rudely says no they don't! Will never have her check me out again if I decide to go back!

Nicely stocked shelves Even though some items are not priced. Easy to find items. Love self checkout vs waiting in long line

I’m very disappointed why is the window closed at 11:40 AM but you can see a young lady personal items sitting in a chair but she’s not present. I should’ve went to Sam’s what if I only had cash and was running out of gas. I’m so furious to be traveling and can’t get the service needed. I’m at Kroger Fuel #328 in Beaumont, Tx 77707 If you can’t afford to staff the facility during scheduled business hours I suggest you all do some hiring with people that actually want to work.

6:50pm and not a single checker on duty. Only self check-out. I don't work for Kroger. If a store thinks so little of their customers, they can keep my full basket and I'll make a point to give my money to a store that respects their customers

Everything was conveniently located. The only issue was probably not a private restroom since you get really strange characters in there while trying to use the toilet. Had a man talk to himself the entire time I was trying to use it. I felt a little uncomfortable because he smelled quite funky. Other than that the store is perfect and the one manager whose named started with a C was excellent.

Victor made me feel really good helping me out getting my Kroger MasterCard. He is awesome and I have been seeing promotions about the boost program and he showed me how MasterCard members benefit from it. It was a blessing meeting him and God bless him and his family.

It's decent inside but the main photo I have requested removal of is misleading...this Kroger is not the updated version you expect when you arrive. I was purposely looking for the larger updated version of the store and not the old version. I uploaded the actual photo of the store for those who want to know what it really looks like on the outside.

The Spectrum Internet people they allow in their stores— Horribly rude. I spoke with Ms. Zil and Cross a few days ago. Prices they’re offering and for how long? Nothing spectacular

This has always been a clean and we'll staffed Kroger. I live 30 minutes away and still choose this place over my local Walmart and other grocery stores. The vegetables and fruit always look fantastic and that area is always clean. The employees are helpful and will stop what they're doing in order to help you. The cashier's are also the friendliest I've met at any grocery store I've been too. Great store all the way around but definitely wins most for good fresh foods.

Every time you go in you do not receive your coupons or sale prices. My wife was just the end today and was overcharged severely period we should try to find someone to talk to there was no wanted to service desk. She finally got a manager who refused to fix the error and was extremely rude to her. I tried to call on the phone and the woman hung up on me periodThe store needs to be avoided at all cost

I really hate to make this post. This is my all time favorite store. I shop here at least twice a week. It is less than 2 minutes driving distance from my home. I know that I am one person and I stand alone and nine times out of ten there will not be any changes but I was still bothered by my experience on yesterday once I woke up this morning , so I have to get it off of my chest . I made an online order the night before last to pick up at 9am yesterday morning. I was there to pick up, the young lady who brought out my groceries was very friendly. We made out grocery transaction and I headed home. Once I made it home and began to put away my groceries, I noticed that one package of the ground turkey that was purchased was a greyish brown color. I called the store and spoke with a young lady by the name of Tasha who was super nice and very professional, I explain to her what my issue was and she handled it perfectly. She apologized and told me to come back, call inside the store and she would bring one out. I did not have time to go back at that moment due to me having to go to work. I explained that to her and told her that it would be close to 7pm before I could make it back. She told me no problem that she would let upper management know and when I could come just park, call in and they would bring it out to me. So, fast forward to 6:15 pm, I was able to get there earlier than I anticipated. I get there, follow her instructions, and I did run home and pick up the meat that was ok and the meat that was not so that they could see as well as make a swap with the meat that was bad. I get parked, call into the store, and spoke with the manager on duty by the name of Linda. I explained to Linda what was going on, as well as the conversation that took place between Tasha and I. Linda put me on hold, I could hear the phone ringing and a minute or so later Linda picks up again. I told her that I was on hold and I assume that the phone rang back to her. Linda says " Is this the lady with the online order from earlier?" , I respond and say yes. Linda said " well there is no one back there to answer.." I respond and say ok, and ask what should I do? Linda said in a nice nasty gesture, " I GUESS YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO GET OUT AND COME GET IT..." 👀👀👀 I said " I WILL NOT!!! THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO!!" I told her that I was not the one who made those groceries, that her employees did, and I was told to call and it would be brought out. Now if I had been the one to go in and pick up that brown meat and brought it back, of course I wouldn't have had a problem with going in. 1st I always look at the color and expectation dates before I pick up to put in my buggy to purchase. This was an employee who didn't care about taking the time to make sure that the customer received product that was not out dated , so why should I pay and do their job???? So without an " I do apologize" or a" hold on". I hear ringing again and a gentleman by the name of Trenton picks up. I explained to him what was going on, he was very apologetic, he asked exactly what kind of meat that it was and told me to hold on that he was on his way. 5 minutes later Trenton comes out to my car, I show Trenton the meat and the difference in it, he agreed with me that the meat was bad and apologized again and we stopped the good meat with the bad.I thanked him and wished him a Happy New Year. Trenton was very professional and acted fast to make sure that the situation was taken care of.Now this is the sad part, I called back and asked The manager on duty in a nice way what her name was, she recognized my voice and she said "Linda !" , she was very bold and very proud. I asked if her store manager would be in the following morning and she said yes again with a very bold tone. Now ai say this is sad because she was never apologetic and don't care about me calling her boss. Considering that I have over 30 years of customer service experience and the fact that her tone clearly showed that this happens often, she doesn't care and her boss doesn't either
