I contacted Kia of Vacaville to purchase a vehicle for business use after receiving a price quote. I was ready to proceed once paperwork was completed. I was initially told that Kia does not offer business financing and that financing must be in a personal name. After checking with Kia Customer Care, I was informed that they were not aware of such a policy and would follow up with the dealership. Over the next several weeks, we were asked to complete multiple forms, with inconsistent communication and little clarity. Despite several follow-ups and in-person visits, progress was minimal. From the beginning, we clearly stated that we were only interested in the finance rates advertised on the Kia website. Instead, we were later informed that financing was approved through a third-party lender at significantly higher interest rates, which we declined. We had also requested to be notified before any credit check was performed, however two hard credit inquiries were recorded, which impacted our credit profile. After nearly a month of delays, repeated paperwork, and unmet expectations, we chose not to proceed. This was our most disappointing dealership experience, and we recommend that prospective buyers obtain clear written confirmation of financing terms before moving forward.

Great experience at the Kia dealership in Vacaville, CA, and I especially want to recognize Chelsea in sales. From the very beginning, Chelsea was amazing to work with -we had previously chatted online, and she was just as friendly, responsive, and professional in person. She and her colleague in Finance Department made the entire process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer all our questions and explained everything clearly. There was never any pressure, just honest guidance and good communication every step of the way. The dealership overall was welcoming, clean, and well -organized.

This was hands-down, the best car buying experience ever. This was our sixth new car over some 30 odd years. Our sales person was Mayenci Mendoza. She was very patient, knowledgeable and found us our dream car. We were about to settle for one that we just “liked.” But she gave us one last option and it was “the one.” Without her expertise and excellent listening skills, we would have just settled. Our good experience continued when we went to finance. We went with a lease option. The finance manager Erik Kinney was also very personable, honest and fast. This was the fastest car buying experience we’ve ever had as well as the most pleasant. Everyone from start to finish was top notch. Very professional, incredibly knowledgeable, patient and just great to work with. My husband and I would both highly recommend going to Kia Vacaville for your next car. Oh yeah! The car we leased was the 2026 Sportage hybrid. I will share pictures. Mayenci bringing out the big bow at the end and taking pictures for us was just a cherry on top. I’ve never had a car dealer do that.

At no point did we feel pressured—only supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. We cannot recommend Vacaville Kia enough. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, Genevieve is wonderful to work with. We truly felt like valued customers and look forward to servicing our vehicle here and working with them again in the future.

Our family usually buys Japanese or German cars, but my cousin from South Korea Recommended that I try kIA in the US since the KIA cars are made bigger in USA. I had couple hours to test drive so I drove to Vacaville. Nathan Cain was very young, but professional and patiently let me try five different models without getting upset. I wanted a car that was not too expensive and was able to take me to Truckee/Tahoe often. My KIA did very well in the snow. Buying process was so easy too. Within 30 minutes, Nathan and Michael took care of everything for me.

Genevieve was awesome! My partner went in to take a look at the K5 and ended up coming home with it! The sales rep (genevieve) was very friendly and walked us through everything. Honestly the whole team was super friendly and personable. I am looking to purchase a vehicle in a couple of months and can honestly say they are my first choice! UPDATE: I just went in and bought my very first brand new car! I was able to get the exact trim, seat color & everything I wanted. The team was super helpful! Genevieve & Colton were both SO helpful and patient with every question we had. Ajay in finance was also very helpful and was able to add on a great maintenance warranty for a great price! I would 10000% come here again!
