Friendly crew but I took my brand new vehicle through the wash (never been washed by a carwash before) and the hand towels used must not have been clean as it caused scratching all over the paint and window framing. This vehicle was brand new and had no previous damage. I brought it here to protect from automatic carwash scratching and got the same result. Drying was also not done thoroughly and left hard streaks over the windshield.

You get what you pay for. Did a basic wash and had lots of dirty spots left all over the car. Basically a power wash and dry service. I’m going to have to pay a real car wash service to finish the job so this was a waste.

My first time at this car wash today. The line was a little long, but it was Saturday and the rain/hail from last night made for a lot of dirty cars. The service was great. They offer everything from a basic wash to a mini detail. The price at $25 for a basic wash is a little high, but I can say my car looks great! Better than when I have gone to cheaper options in the past. They use good soap and variety of washing cloths/sponges/brushes; not just the same rags over and over. The owner was super friendly and the employees were detail oriented. I didn't feel like I had to inspect everything before driving off. It's nice just to have people do stuff right the first time. I definitely will be back and can honestly recommend this place with zero reservation. Go to Just Washed and get your car clean!

My car looks beautiful and shines like new again. I'm taking my car on a road trip with my family and had to get rid of the dog hair. I asked the team at #justwashed to vacuum and wash my mazda. They handwash and pay such great attention to detail. Just like that, my car was sparking. Friendly staff and totally worth it. Great price.

I can't believe this happened, but I took my Ford Raptor in good condition believing the reviews, I trusted that they would do a good job but when I started to see that they used the same towel to wash the tires and the fender area and then they passed them all over the car with the dirt I knew they were going to make scratches on my truck and that's what happened, I tried to remove them and nothing. I gave them a good tip trusting them and the result was this

Brandon and Bryan are running one of if not the best car washes in Austin. A hand car wash is the way to go for any car owner who cares about not scratching their paint. These guys not only are very friendly but very knowledgeable about cars and how to take care of them! Highly recommend anyone who truly cares about their car, or anyone seeking a good carwash to come through a couple times a month!

I purchased a gift card on the site for my friend for her birthday, and very hidden on the website, it’s says they expire after 60 days. That is insane. Now the company has 200 dollars for doing nothing. This is a scam and a horrible business. Stay away, there are much better options in Austin.

Just Washed Hand Car Wash did a fantastic job on my car. They washed, vacuumed, and cleaned my mats so everything looked spotless. I met Brandon, who co-owns the business with his twin brother Brian, and he was personable and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, cars, and the Austin community. This is the first hand wash place that I've been to where each person that touched my vehicle actually cleaned it as good if not better than I would myself! That says a lot because other places I can always find at least one if not multiple things that I have to finish myself... Not this place! Good job folks! Wish I had one closer to my home!

THEY WILL SCRATCH YOUR PAINT, stay away from this place!! They reuse dirty towels. I had the misfortune of taking my ceramic coated corvette z51 here and trusted them since I saw some good reviews but their dirty drying towels left swirls and scratches all over my car. Now I have to look into spending hundreds to getting the paint restored. You’re better off going to a automatic car wash than these guys. P.s. it’s a bit hard to see in the pictures but the damage is through the car. Swirls everywhere

$60 for a service that they didn't even do properly. I had to ask them to wash my trim (they still left dirt but whatever) and my seats and floor were barely vacuumed at all. Dirt EVERYWHERE.

A local family owned business with superior service. I've been coming here for 2-3 years now and they always exceed expectations. I pretty much wait until my car is extra dirty and the whole team goes above and beyond to make sure I'm leaving there clean and shiny. I love this place! The wait gets long in the evening but worth it to me. Try the early afternoons for a shorter line.
