★★★★★ I've used Johnson's Texaco, now Valvoline Express Lube, for 15 years. They have always been quick, efficient, friendly, and thorough in their work between the oil changes and car wash. Though I've been going to them for that amount of time, I've had a recent experience that put their professionalism to outstanding that has prompted me to leave a public review. After one of my regular oil changes, all the oil leaked out of my car when my husband was close to our house, making it stall out and him have to push it home. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and not able to help him. When I called Johnson's, their manager came out to the house immediately to troubleshoot the situation and found the oil plug had not been properly put back after the oil change the previous day. The company, on their own expense, towed the car to their shop, upon finding out the engine was messed up beyond repair because of the oil leak, bought a very good, used replacement engine and had it installed. There was an issue with misfiring after the initial return of the car so the manager brought it back to the shop for all the proper maintenance on the car to be done. It was returned earlier this week in perfect condition. I truly appreciate the manager and general manager in how they handled the situation. They took ownership of the situation and did everything they could to fix the situation in a timely manner, from taking the burden of finding an engine and the correct shops to work on the car to covering the expenses fully so we could focus on our life and the arrival of our daughter without the extra headache. I would recommend Johnson's to anyone. They have exemplary service and even when there is a mistake, they go above and beyond to correct it.
