Sales rep Brent was very patient when searching for a used vehicle that fit my search requirements. Machens has a large inventory in their many dealerships making it easy to find what you are looking for. I was very happy with my selection except the rear wing windows were open and the button to close them was broken. The vehicle was not detailed very well. Aside from the broken window button there were dead bugs in 2 of the window recesses. There were 2 empty hand lotion bottles in the console and the black rubber floor mats that were in the back when I looked before detailing were missing.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership on August 23rd it’s now November 16th and we still do not have a title. Every interaction we have had with them has been negative. Ww are now getting letters from the Missouri Department of Revenue for failure to register our car because this dealership refuses to provide us with a legitimate title. Edited to reflect the fact that our check cleared the bank last week and a week later we still only have 1 key fob and no front license plate bracket. Also I tried to reach out to the number below. Yet another epic fail. While we got a great price on the car, the paperwork was a ridiculous experience. After the deal was made we waited hours to complete the transaction despite not financing the vehicle. Even though we spent hours in the lobby we were contacted because we still need to sign yet another document. When my husband called the salesperson because the document never arrived in his email, he was hung up on. Every other time we have had a document sent via email the sender has confirmed that the document was received on our end. Seriously, it is like this huge dealership has never sold a car before.

Brian is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles for sale, and after you tell him what you want and need in your vehicles, Brian will gladly show you every vehicle to match your preference and price. Brian is a very low impact salesperson, no pressure, and he'll answer your questions. Brian actually drove a vehicle more than 40 miles one way, for me to look at and test drive.
