This was my first time at this particular Jiffy Lube, and my first time getting my oil changed with this recently purchased vehicle. It was a bit of a shock to discover the high price of the oil that my car required! So, I appreciated a currently-running discount being applied to help offset that cost. Although it took awhile for them to get to my car because of others in line before me, once they began, it was done in a very timely manner. I don't mind waiting for great service! Will definitely be back!

Told my wife she needed screw for splash guard. Said they would leave on in glove box so we would know what we need. Next day she calls me because there is scraping noise under car. From picture you can see splash guard is missing and skid plate is hanging down with no bolts installed on front side. Took to store snd they fastened up until we could get new splash guard and hardware. Later in the day we found splash guard in trunk. No one told us they didn’t I talk it and put it in trunk. We thought we lost it on highway. None of the mounting screws were with it. How can you not install it snd not tell us? Also, why would you not secure skid plate properly? If this had hit debris on highway it could have caused lots of damage to the car. Will never go to Jiffy Lune again.

The young man took my payment and handed me the receipt without a word. Are employees not trained to thank the customer anymore? He was sure trained well to try and pad the bill with suggesting a whole list of products/ services that I didn't need, how about some training to say " thank you " ?

I was in urgent need of an oil change so I decided to give this jiffy lube a try, they got me in fast and finished the oil change in good time. The price was pretty high but I somewhat understand due to the fact that you don’t need to schedule an appointment in advance. But furthermore, after I left the shop I heard a scraping noise as I was driving and I pulled over and looked under my car and noticed that the skid plate was dragging against the road. So, I went back to the shop and they said that they had broke the bolts that hold the skid plate up, so instead they put zip ties on to replace the broken bolts (they did not tell me this initially until I noticed problems with my vehicle and came back). They then said they would fix it, so I figured they were putting new bolts on the skid plate, but later realized when I heard my car again scraping against the road that they again put zip ties on my vehicle (and this time my skid plate was completely bent on the edge due to this lazy replacement). I again tried to contact the shop but this was after hours and they were closed, so I had to take off work the next day and come into the shop to speak with the manager, who then replaced the zip ties with brand new bolts in which they had in the shop the entire time. The only thing they offered me after replacing the bolts was $25 off my next oil change (assuming I’m ever coming back). Mind you I just purchased this 2024 Acura and now my skid plate has damage because of my experience with this jiffy lube.

TL;DR: Do not go here. Spend your money on better, more adept and knowledgeable mechanics. Two weeks after getting my oil changed here and I'm at my car's dealership to figure out what's wrong. They confirmed that Jiffy Lube mistakenly drained my transmission fluid instead of the engine oil. The engine oil was overfilled, and my transmission went without fluid for two weeks. A simple check with the dipstick would have signaled a major error. My transmission needs replacing and I'm about to file a claim with them for negligent services. Hopefully I won't have to refer to Missouri's consumer protection laws and they reimburse me properly.
