Always get the works done, every checked and advised if it needs attention. I found an offer for $26 off my oil change and the Jiffy team was fast and efficient in taking care of my truck… even vacuumed and washed windows! Dealers won’t do that without more funds, Jiffy Lube takes care of customer for the same price of an oil change! Ya gotta love it!

Always very professional and courteous. I would give a 5 star rating but I needed a new air filter and they didn't have mine in stock. I have a 3.6 liter v6 which is a very common engine. I just thought it was a little odd that they wouldn't have a filter. Other than that I am very pleased as always with their service.

I brought my 25 year old Chevy S10 in for an oil change and lube. The technicians checked everything and spent extra time getting the transmission fluid level just right. At the end, I got a full report on everything that was done. The techs that I met were very professional and courteous. I really like Jiffy Lube!

I was extremely impressed with the service at Jiffy Lube today. The team was incredibly fast—I was in and out in no time, which is exactly what you want from a quick-service location. They also did a truly good job; everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I noticed the final price ended up being $5 more than the initial quote I received However, considering the overall speed and high quality of the work, it’s a very minor point. I would still definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location for their efficiency and great service.

Daughters Kia Soul. Im a nissan tech (ASE) , and found oil filter seaping oil due to net seated properly by Jiffy Lube tech , whos intials are on filter. Draing plug overtighted so much , had to use a breaker bar to loosen. Family has used jiffy lube , in Johnson City for years. I highly discourage anyone to use there service , poor quality contol of work performed. Would not recommend.
