Awful service. Asked for a bag and the obese lady at the counter just handed it to me and then moved to the next customer, like I was the one being paid to be there.

Not horrible by no means i have been to countless other stations that are worse but by no means the best stop in St.cloud if anything really has to do with who is working the shift if ya wanna stop or keep going.

Employees here over-ring your total frequently and when you mention something they get hostile and combative and ask you to leave the store. They will also ask you to leave if you get short-changed and notice it.

Guy tried to ring me for 5 sodas (had 3 - 3 for $5 deal on literally all sodas in the store) and claim the deal was off, tripped around on the computer getting caught in whatever scam he was trying to pull. I clearly saw he rang me up for 5, told him to remove one and add the same to see if it was mismatched soda.. still nearly $10 for 3 sodas. Come on dude, just go in the cooler and steal a soda, they won't know.

If you drop my money behind the register and can’t find it but admit you had it and then charge me for it, other places to go. I don’t pay more because you dropped change behind the register. You lost it, I came in with change because I didn’t want more change. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for incompetence.

I changed my route to work. Holiday has the best coffee in town. I stopped by around 8am three times a week for a month. No coffee ready any of those times! Employees on break during busy time? Manager seems to hate her job. Plus the place was a mess! Now I'm Kwiktrip bound!

Decent neighborhood store to grab a quick gallon of gas .. fountain drinks are always out of something not working right or whatever the roller grill is I usually empty all day.. and the prices are kinda crazy..

I stopped going here pretty quickly after I started. The evening staff was not friendly and over rang me twice. The gas here caused my vehicle to misfire and when I called the store to let someone know, I was hung up on. I gave it 2 stars for 2 reasons -- The gas is cheap (fill at your own risk) and the proximity to campus is unbeatable.

Terrible place. Incompetent staff. They placed my prepaid amount on another pump and said I’d get a refund. I still had to pay another $37 to actually get gas. Never got my original prepaid amount. Manager Jason told one of the workers to have me call customer service who kept me on hold forever and was of no help. They basically got $40 for free and I spent too much time trying to fix this. Don’t ever go here, even for the Upside discounts! It’s not worth the hassle!
