Just got my Batmobile cleaned up and the results speak for themselves! Every part of the interior has been deep-cleaned and brought back to life like it was when I first bought it.💯 The seats front and back were shampooed and scrubbed down, leaving them looking spotless and fresh. No stains, no odors just clean, smooth fabric that’s ready for the road. The dashboard and center console were wiped down, and restored to a like-new shine. You can really see the difference, especially with the clean chrome accents and vents. All the door panels were thoroughly cleaned, and those tricky spots like door handles, switches, and cupholders were given extra attention. Everything looks spotless and smell free. The trunk was vacuumed and cleaned out completely, he even folded the rear seat down to show how spacious and versatile it is. Floor mats were washed and laid back in place, and any leftover dust or debris was removed. I just wanted my car to be shinier!I don’t know HOW this guy has 137 5 ⭐️ google reviews!! I didn’t want to write a review because I don’t like putting negative out into the world-even when it’s justified, but I do feel the need warn people!! $2162 worth of damage to my car! And left it in WORSE condition than he started. He did an exterior detail with one step paint correction… should have taken maybe 4 hours in May when this process started, but turned into I don’t even remember how many visits and hoursssss of this guy trying to fix the 1. Poor job overall in the first place (which he agreed it wasn’t good when I contacted him and told him the result is not what is should have been) and 2. Damage he did to my car. Took chunks of paint off by the trunk. Did not tell me how this happened, but he did tell me he was using “more aggressive” products for the redo attempt. He will blame the damage on it being repainted at some point. I told him I had this car for almost one year when I scheduled the appointment. How would I know if it was repainted before I bought it?! If that was a significant factor he should have assessed that before he started. The things he said were indications of repainting were there before he started. So I made 3 trips to different body shops for estimates-plus one guy he knew came to look at it at my house, 1 week without my car, $300 and wayyyyyyyyyyy too much time and energy into this. Yes he paid the auto body shop, but omg the details I’m not even sharing here 🤯🤯🤯. Do NOT recommend. Note: I had one done last summer (minus the paint correction) with excellent results-so I know the car is not the problem, but that guy didn’t have much experience with cleaning convertible tops so I tried a place that told me they did-Pristine Whips (not true!!!). Quentin told me he would do a full interior and exterior detail when my car was fixed. He did not put whatever protectant stuff on after the last wash because it needed to be fixed and he said he was going to have to redo it anyway. See screenshots for communication about resolving this (update: can’t post screenshots for some reason). He did not contact me to schedule so after waiting nearly 2 weeks I scheduled through his website-which had plenty of availability. The spots on my driveway (this time in addition to the messes he left the other times. The attached pics are of car paint from his touch-up paint attempt at repairing it himself) I’m pretty sure is vinyl protector he put on the convertible top. I literally see this happen on my camera which I didn’t review closely until after he claimed it was nothing he used. Did not respect my request to not contact me again. AND I don’t think he used the protecting product again!!! Based on review of my cameras and the terrible water spots on my car after rain (see pic), which he told me this protectant (ceramic sealant spray I think is what he told me it was. Something called “wet coat” in an orange bottle.) should protect against water spots for 2-3 months. This was less than a week later. Update: I am no expert (this is why I hire someone to do this!!!!!), but I just washed and dried it. EVERY time I’ve done this before the surface is smooth and no resistance-probably from wax or protectant. This time was NOT smooth. What else could that be except he DIDN’T DO HIS JOB! AND LIED TO ME! AND kept my $300 he definitely does NOT deserve. He does deserve this review!!!! *I asked him to please not contact again. Has text me 3 times since, including about 3 minutes after this review was posted. The “extra services” he mentions in his reply to this is not accurate. He had to pressure wash my driveway because he spilled car paint on it and STAINED it. The “additional” wash was 🗑️ and he left my car in worse condition than when he started but continues to make excuses, not take responsibility, and talk to me like I’M being unreasonable with not being happy that he did a terrible job. Saying my car was already damaged?! LIES! The pics aren’t outdated. They’re the damage he did to my property. These are facts.
