My wife and I scheduled a detail for my beater red car with Dirty Details Interior Spa. My wife located contact information and had a pleasant experience trying to coordinate a time for my car to be dropped off, and the owner was even willing to drive me to and drop me off from my place of work. The detail was a spectacular job at an affordable rate. Based on looking at other reviews, my challenge for you is this: Try scheduling something with the owner / staff like a decent person and I'm sure he will accommodate you no problem. Had my car detailed last summer and it was good. Took 2 hours longer than quoted. The cleaner used on the interior ruined the chrome finish of my gear shifter. However, ever since there has been a rattling in my right rear wheel well that was NOT there before. Another customer review experienced this rattling issue as well. I’m concerned with the wheel cleaning practices since this rattling issue is an issue multiple customers have experienced now. Think I’ll try elsewhere this summer to avoid additional wheel rattling.

Booked online for a mini-detail: 1-1.5 hours and about $100 according to their webpage. Got several email confirming the appointment and everything went smoothly. Day of the appointment, showed up and the shop said they had no record of the appointment. After going back and forth a bit, they finally agreed to take the car after we showed them the several emails confirming the booking. But then we were told it would take 4-6 hours instead of the 1-1.5 the website advertised. Went to pick up the car 6 hours later and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to locate the car. To top it off, we were charged almost double the original quote (maybe my car was egregiously dirty? But I really don't think so...). The car itself looked really good, so we just cut our losses and left. Fast forward to the next day. Driving to work, my car now has a suspicious rattle in the wheel well (which did not exist in the days prior to bringing it in). So now I'll be spending even more money to get the car looked at, as well. The actual detailing looked great! But otherwise, the entire experience was frustrating and definitely not one I'll repeat. Would not suggest to anyone.

After many years of use, and picking up some odors from visits to the farm, it smells like a new vehicle, and the interior is as spotless as a 15yo vehicle's interior can be. The crew here does a fantastic job. They were also able to clean an oil stain out of the carpet in the trunk - not an easy task!
