tore my wiper off, the guy FOUND it in the wash basin and tried to reattach it. Filed an incident report /claim and was told they found the wiper was off BEFORE they washed it. We both saw it come off and they tried to reattach it after they located it in their wash basin.

10/31/23: It did just OK. Was didn't get the bugs off the front. I like to wax my cars in the fall, but won't be able to do that after this wash. If it warms up I'll have to hand wash it anyway. I can see some people using the unlimited in the winter time, but even then your car won't stay clean very long. Minnesota is tough on cars. Feb 25, 2022: Well, I had a free $20 wash. They were doing a special, free washes Friday through Sunday. If you donate at least a dollar to the Boys and Girls Club you get their best wash. They can handle a lot of cars very quickly. Because of the free wash there was probably 25 to 30 cars ahead of me, but it only took 16 minutes to get through it. A couple of suggestions, when you get on the track remember to go into neutral rather than park, counterintuitive! And, you're in the car wash such a short period of time that you should kick off any mud flap ice, or it'll still be there when you leave. Frankly, the whole experience was somewhat spooky. Sitting in your car in neutral without steering when you can't see anything could make some people really claustrophobic. No touch-free option. I'm really fussy about my paint. The wash didn't seem to hurt it, but I wouldn't say that it got in any cleaner than the Kwik Trip touch-free (and you're in there longer so the mud flap ice gets removed).

This car wash was one of the best investments for my car. I have had Mister Car Wash unlimited car wash memberships for years. St Cloud has many options. I decided to try this car wash and so far, I am very impressed. I purchased 2 unlimited premium plans. I have a Chevy pick up and a Honda crv. Both vehicles are parked under trees and often get pooped on and sapped all night. We run to the car wash every other day. It's totally worth it. This car wash is on the way to work so I often either hit it on the way home or coming in. They open at 7am! The vacuums are free but can be busy during the weekends and after work. The vacuums also have the detailer spray. My only complaint is the vacuum could have better suction and more slots. However for the price and convenience. It's worth it. The major difference between Mister Car Wash and Crew is the heated dryer from Crew. No water spots! This location doesn't have interior detailing. Both car wash brands have interior detailing and select locations only.

Ask them to clean dirt off my car before I go into wash I didn't want bunch scratches from it. GM refused and after wash I inspected my car. Found part of wash stuck in my car. They didn't care.

I went to purchase a car wash January 30, 2025. They had a promotion of 25.83 for unlimited car washes for 2 months. I was assured it automatically cancelled after the 2 months. Otherwise I would have made a note on calendar to cancel the membership. Needless to say that didn't happen. I was charged each month. Talking to customer service they agreed to refund 2 months but not the 3rd. I feel totally disappointed in this company. There is plenty of car washes in St. Cloud, MN I do not need to return to that one. I have used this location since they opened in St. Cloud. I am Very disappointed Crew, you lost a customer.

They don't expect cash anymore so you have to pay by debit card or credit card i got the 360 car wash for 29 dollars then my debit card was charged 31 dollars and something cents. Thats really messed up you advertised 29 for the 360 car wash so your stealing money from the customer.

The customer service is always amazing especially today!! I had some pretty stuck on bugs on my car and the attendants were named Jade and Tyler! These sweethearts weren’t satisfied about the being stuck on pretty good and offered to go around again for free! They offered even a third time but I really didn’t care that much. They got about 95% off and really took the time to care about me :) Also Jade had really cute nails and the both of them were very friendly and caring throughout the carwash! They definitely deserve a raise 🙂↕️🙂↕️

The wash is good, employees are great... But man those little stickers are like devil spawn trying to get off your car. We moved away from the area and there are no Crew Xarwashes... It has been a bloody nightmare getting these things off. You stick them on our car you should make sure they come off easily or give removal kits.. They don't need to be come apart and stuck on with rubber cement to prevent the thieves from switching vehicles.

I always washed my vehicle by hand. When I moved to MN 6 years ago I went to Mister’s~ Mister’s did a good job. When Tommy’s moved in I never switched and stayed with Tommy’s, I loved this car wash! The past 2 years I started washing by hand. I got a different vehicle a few months ago. My son told me to not go to Tommy’s because it was a worthless car wash~I didn’t believe him because Tommy’s was the best!! OMG!! I definitely should have listened to my son!! I have NEVER in my life seen such a CRAPPY car wash!! I was so disappointed and said that I will NEVER go to this place ever again!! Today for the first time I went to Crew’s Car Wash!! I am in love with this place!! I have never been to such an inviting place in my life! Every person smiled and waved to me I heard the words Thank you more than once and my wash was exceptional! I know where my car wash is located…CREW CAR WASH!!!!
