I don't know what is going on with this Target. Two days ago my Target Circle Offer didn't come off. I went right to the service desk to get it resolved. They weren't busy so I was seen right away. It took them seven minutes to refund me the .60 due. It's was such a simple refund. Meanwhile, both customer service employees on either side of me opened, causing customers to be not socially distanced from me at all. Not appreciated. Then tonight I pulled an item from the shelf where it was over a sign that said 50% off. It didn’t ring that way. Went to the service desk where they did not believe me and had someone on the walkie tell them no as well. It was a rocking horse over a sign that said rocking horse with no possible room for any other item to be stocked around it that could also be called a rocking horse. There was a bee and a whale. Those... are not rocking horses. Left the item there. Talked to chat and they gave me the escalation line. Called the escalation line and they said they would have fixed it for us but if we talk to a manager at the store they might do it for us in store as well. Talk to the manager on tonight and she would not budge, and left us on an extremely long hold to “partner with another team lead” who “agreed we can’t honor it”. $17 folks. This is something an employee chose to stock there that fit the sign and they won’t budge over $17. So we’re buying it and then calling the escalation line back I guess. It’s really sad when a store won’t treat you like a human being and admit maybe someone at the store messed up, they could see why we believed the sign and honor it. Instead, I’m left feeling like a liar when I didn’t do anything other than try to buy a rocking horse advertised as 50% off by a sign that said rocking horse. Very poor customer service. :(

My son purchased a vezio sound bar,the sale tag said 199.00 ,so he baught it was windering why the price rang up to be 269.99,when he looked at the receipt it was full price? The sales persn at the electronics desk,said that the tag was niot taken down and that we would get the difference back at customer service.That didnt work they would not give him the sale price! This is not right and target should havegave him the sale price( we did not leave the sale tag up target did) so he said refund my money..and honestly he said he probably will be bringing back the ps5 he just purchased from you also Will not be coming back to target!

Couldn't believe today when there was a bunch of people waiting for pokemon and the target manager intentionally held back basically all the product from loyal weekly customers waiting in line supposedly to stop scalpers but in reality helping scalpers to find a restock all to themselves (Already has happened) and give opportunity for employees and managers to back door the product. Horrible management

The store is filthy. Never enough workers/checkouts open. The fire department needs to inspect this place. The emergency sprinkler system seems to be something that Target does not care about. Look at how this one is tampered with. This store needs some cleaning up.

Unbelievably rude young lady working on their staff. She was remarkably rude to me and my 10 year old son...and on his birthday! Just WOW. How you could have someone like that on your staff I have no idea. Truly Unbelievable. I don't know her name, but she was shorter and was wearing a yellow thing that covered her neck. Attempted to assist us at self checkout 7.1.25 This was my first time back to Target in a while, and I won't go back again. Verbally in front of a 10year old. Wow

Slowest drive up of any store. I’m literally watching people just drive away after waiting 30 minutes while the one employee takes their sweet time, every drive up space is filled for hours.

I've made many attempts to do curbside puck-up with no empty parking spots and when I do get a parking spot the wait is incredibly long to receive my order. When I try to call customer service there is rarely an answer.

Place an order for pick up at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and it still wasn’t ready at 7:30 PM. Called customer service and got a litany of excuses but no help. If you need something in a timely fashion, do not do order pick-up at this store.

Bought something online for in store pickup. They took our money and said 2 hour pickup. After 3 hours zero notice that it's ready. They didn't answer the phone for questions. Online said there was no order. Went there and customer service said they can't do anything about refund. The company sucks and I'll never give them my service again

Guest services never picks up the phone. Not as organized as other Minnesota Target stores. One positive is the staff on-site are very nice and always look busy helping customers or cleaning up/stocking.

This Target needs a major remodel and reorganization. Staff is always friendly enough but pick up especially is a nightmare - be prepared to wait. Worth your time to drive extra 10 minutes to go to Target on the East side for sure. You’ll make up for it in quickness, ease of service and/or shopping, and just the overall quality of the store. Hoping they get a remodel to help smoother out their pickup and return processes, and/or to be able to hire more staff soon!
