I notice the fruit is not very good here. The watermelon was turning to water. Had lamb meat and other nice things. Maybe trucks can park on the street in the back or something.

Nice store. Usually clean. Busy times less so, understandably. Garden center is my favorite. Tropical selection is nice, healthy and diverse. Will be back for cushions and solar lights. Mission today was herbs.

They don’t deliver on time at all. And if we call to the customer support nobody is available to take the call if they take the call as well you will get some rude replies. They have issue with their map as well it has been really disappointing to do online deliveries from this location.

It's gross and cluttered and all the security and alarms make it feel like they think you are a criminal right away when entering. The customer service area is always super busy and the staff isn't very cooperative. I'd rather go to Sartell Walmart or Coborns or something. I go out of my way to avoid shopping here.

Almost all make up products are locked up, including the 1.98 eye liner. Since I was forced to check out in the beauty section for my 1.98 eyeliner I didn't bother to shop the rest of the store for anything else. Just go to Target...or the Dollar Store.

On 1-10-26. I went through lane 17. It was a young black male working the register. He look like he did not want to be there and rather be off playing video games. What im saying is he has no customer service skills didnt even say hello when I greeted him. It seemed to bother him that I was paying cash for $5.73 worth of groceries. He didnt give me my change and had his hat pulled basically down too his eyes like I said no customer service. Ive worked in customer service for 6 years+ I would NEVER treat a customer like this.

This may be the only 5 star review I'll ever give to WM, but today needs to be remembered for the great service we got from Jalen in electronics on 9-29-25, at the Saint Cloud supercenter. He knew what we were looking for and got us what we needed quick as can be. He was friendly, polite, and got us checked out quickly.

It is very hard to shop at this Walmart location as none of the items are ever located in the correct place, and the prices on the tags usually correspond to a completely different item than what you’re looking at on the shelf. Very unorganized and a total lack of customer service since you can not communicate with any of the foreign employees. Very disappointed in Walmart now days and I honestly think I will pay the extra dollar and start shopping at Target. A few pictures are attached to this post to show what the shelves look like at 7am as there are a lot of items misplaced and not in their correct spot on the shelf. I shop before work, so I really don’t have time to look at the barcodes to try to find the correct price. I will more than likely never visit this location again.

I actually love this Walmart. They are helpful and quite nice. Especially the young employees... I appreciate the respect. And AYESHA, I believe that's the name of the lady.. she's so very sweet and patient. What a sweetheart. As long as I'm in St Cloud, Walmart on 2nd will always be my place to shop. It's pleasant.

I was in the restroom and saw two women wearing turbans. One of them used the bathroom, touched her feet, then touched her private areas, and walked out without washing her hands. I’ve honestly never seen anything that gross before. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that I decided to leave the store and shop somewhere else, I don’t plan on coming back. Most of the employees seem fine, but I’m not willing to risk my health by buying or eating anything that woman may have touched. I don’t know if this was the first time she’s done something like this, but I’m not willing to take that chance. Thanks😖😖😖

Urgent Attention Needed for Store Organization and Security I visited the Walmart store 3601 2nd street St. Cloud MN, on the evening of October 26, 2025, and was deeply disappointed by the experience. The store was extremely disorganized, with items scattered across aisles, making it difficult to navigate or find what I needed. Shelves were in disarray, and it felt chaotic trying to shop. More concerning was the lack of effective security. A large group of teenagers entered the store, immediately took all the electric wheelchairs, and began racing around, with 3-4 riders piled onto each chair. They were disruptive, weaving through aisles and creating an unsafe environment. Shockingly, security personnel were present but did nothing to intervene, seemingly ignoring the situation entirely. Meanwhile, I witnessed an elderly disabled woman who genuinely needed a wheelchair left waiting, unable to shop comfortably or safely. This behavior not only disrupts the shopping experience but also poses a safety risk and shows a lack of respect for customers with accessibility needs. Walmart needs to address the store’s organization and implement stronger security measures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all customers. I hope management takes this seriously and responds with actionable changes. #WalmartCustomerService

No one here is in a hurry to do anything. This Walmart has employees asking each other what to do. Our receipt didn't print, and neither did the customers behind us. We asked for help, and every one seems to not know anything. Hardly no help can be found. You have to go look for someone. Anyway, there are plenty of parking spots. If you get in the right lane or just do their job for them and ring yourself up, you can get in and out quickly

This walmart is poorly managed. While shelves stay stocked, if you need someone to unlock something or help you in anyway. Good luck finding a employee who knows anything about the store they work at or dose not speak Somali only. Sartell Walmart is cleaner, less crowded and just overall a better experience.

Hard for a truck to access. Access for trucks is from the west side, and maybe there's truck parking on the north. I just parked on the street and walked. They had some lamb meat The grapes looked good

Mulitple times ive come here and they've had rotting/molding food. Today I came to grab a few groceries. There was about 3-5 roma tomatoes with mold. Then we grabbed some chicken. Both the ground chicken and the chicken thighs smelled so badly rotten we couldn't even touch them. It was disgusting and horrible.
