Me and my husband went in there to look at some impacts and we left our old one in the store so we called and the guy at the register said he was going to get someone to check and had us on hold. We had to go up there and check our self because he never went and checked. Definitely needs to do his job better.

I was looking for a plastic covered cable for a backyard project and was sure Harbor Freight had it. They had lots of choices for cable (cable width, length, strands etc) but no luck on the cable I need. However I did pick up a few things I didn't even know I needed until I started looking around.

While it may not be the best quality tools out there, they work great for those sometimes think you can do it yourself guy or girl! They have always been quick to help or get you loaded and on your way! I’m surprised at all the little items that you never knew you needed.

I love Harbor Freight, but this one is not well run. I had a 600.00 tool that broke within 2 hours of being used. I tried to take it back, and they charged me a 120.00 "restocking fee." This item was defective. I had to PAY them to take back a tool that was clearly not up to their "quality tools", as stated on the building. I have spent over 2k at HF this year and dis not expect this type of response. Maybe I would not have been treated like this if I had gone to my usual store.

This young lady was working both registers, with a smile on her face, like a champ!! She never skipped a beat in greeting customers & never got flustered. Absolutely love Harbor Freight! They have great deals & products! I have stuff from there from years ago, ALot of stuff lasts as long as you take care of it. Some stuff may break, but it's such good prices you can just go buy another one 😀 I could go spend all day in there & get 1 of everything if I wouldn't get into trouble by the wife 😂

It's so rude to answer the phone and then talk to customers and make the caller feel awkward and confused. Then transfer them to someone who clearly doesn't want to do their job. Then you get to explain yourself all over again.

Great store great personnel have been doing business with these guys for a long time. Our car wouldn't start and we had to leave it there overnight it was safe. Guys in the store help just push it on a dolly. Unfortunately one of the guys got hurt trying to help us. Just can't say enough about these guys going out of their way to help the customers.
