the big guy running the place double charged my card and also overcharged me. I didnt complain about the 3 dollars extra that he added but then I ran my card and I told him it looked like it went though but guy said it didnt go through and said i needed to run it again, so I did.... got home and looked at my statement and saw that I was charged twice. he definitely knew it went though the first time.

Jeep looked great after the service; manager inspected the Jeep after the wash, cleaned a few spots spots, and told me to come back if I saw anything else or wasn't pleased.

Service was good but when my car was ready, an older employee with gray hair was rushing me out of the lot despite no cars being ready to be vacuumed at the end. I hadn’t even been in my car for a minute and was adjusting my car seat and rubber mats, since they left the driver side covering the gas pedal. Super dangerous and ignorant of them. Think about this next time you’re shoo-ing away someone.

PLEASE READ: I promised I’d leave five stars, but I have to be honest about my experience. I got the executive wash, and while the exterior was okay, the interior cleaning was extremely disappointing. There was residue and dirt left everywhere, and it was the worst job I’ve ever seen being a multiple cars owner for 30 years. For $50 plus a $15 tip, I expected much more. Even my Audi dealer does a far better job for $29.99. They could have had a long-term customer, but with this level of service, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.

Over an hour for a basic carwash. You would think the place was busy with other cars but I took a picture of all the cars in the finishing section with no one in sight working in them. Great location but wont be back until they figure out their employee situation.

I took my truck to get washed since as you can see it had dried dirt spoke with the manager that gives the prices and told him about it and he suggested a waxing. He said it will remove those stains it will cost $80 and plus the car wash and interior and the floor mats in total it will be $153 I thought it was too high of a price to pay. But si ce he said the stains will come off I roll with it. I waited almost 2 hrs and the stains were still there the man that was working on my truck said that I would need a buffer buffer get those out. I called the manager and he said that he didn't promise the stains will come out but it looked better... which it did not. He said he will fix it himself and got waxed and started to "fix" the problem which I told him not too and just give me my money back for the waxing and he said "no he wasn't bc they already put the wax on the truck". Which I would need to get the truck buffed to remove the stains which he never even said in the first place prior on talking with him. He got done and basically still looked the same. He said he put the best quality waxed on it that they had there. As well the windows have spots on them like they weren't wiped down. They didn't bother to throw away the empty bottles I told them too they just put them on the back seat. As well they didn't vacuum which is a must when washing a vehicle. Do not waste you time and money coming to this place. Read reviews before coming. I was reading the reviews after I paid and was waiting for the truck to get done. I will not be coming back.

I just want to say I love taking all my fleet vehicles to this location they always take me and all of my Salvation Army vehicles and Scott always my sure I’m taking care of. I would recommend.

Took it today got the executive wash $30 plus deluxe dress $15 and they left it dirty so I told them and pointed at what they missed so they start over and it was talking to a wall very inexperienced so I recommend not taking your car there.its a new location 4400 Manchaca road.still dirty smh....

I took my car in for a wash and interior detailing and I couldn't be happier with the job. Yes, it wasn't cheap. It's one of those rare, "my car is really dirty and needs a good deep cleaning" kind of things. I moved here from Utah, and after having cat litter and other things all over the interior and having dirt on the outside from several states. They got all of that off and made it look beautiful. And everyone was professional and did a fantastic job.

Got the $50 wash with tires and wax included. Not a bad job but overpriced. Long wait, and while waiting there was a rat inside the shop/waiting area pretty disgusting. Also one of the workers took this bag of quarters and singles/five I had inside the glove compartment. Prob like $20 max not a big deal but def not coming back here.

H2O did a fantastic job on the full detail of our 2013 Rubicon today. She was extra grungy after years of being parked outside, and the guys did a great job of bringing her back to life. We got the detail done just in time for our daughter’s 16th birthday and she will drive to school looking tough in her spotless Jeep next week. Thanks to H2O for another job well done. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast and thorough.

The outside of my car is clean, but the inside is a mess. We ordered the Executive Wash, mentioned that the inside was most important to us, and they said, “Then you need to add on these services.” $80 later and you can barely tell they did anything.

Went to get my car wash here early and there were homeless people living there. It was extremely filthy with carts, clothes and needles on the floor. II was so scared and I felt threatened by a couple of them. I Would never ever go to this place again. Surprised that that the owner allows this and that the poor workers have to deal with it.

Total crap. No one cares. Paid almost $70 and entire sections of the car are not washed. I just finished vacuuming the cargo area myself; they never even opened the rear hatch. Tried to call them, but no one answers even though 8 losers are standing around doing nothing. You are better going to the drive thru down Mancheca, which is only $12.

I’ve tried to give this place a chance. They do a decent job, but have zero attention to detail, which is what I’m paying for- a car detail. I always have to tell the guys how to do their job. I detailed collector cars as a teenager and would have done a better job than most of them. I’m very disappointed in their work. I would even tip them, but I wish them the best in finding good workers… None of the managers checked in or showed them how to do their job. Instead of fixing anything they just sat there and took their lunch. Today they were cleaning leather with windex. I should have asked for my money back. I’m always finding spots today it was my consoled the dash wasn’t touched. Everyone knows you need to clean the leather before it’s polished. Always just trying to upsell me on polishing. Don’t waste your money here!

Decent hard worker employees but NEED to put extra attention to details. Windshield still with splattered dead bugs, areas inside and out NOT completely with shine and floor mats not washed. For $70 plus I expected reasonable service. It seems to me the guy with the X-Wing Tesla got better service (I was paying attention).
