Today while at the car wash I got a flat tire on my lunch break. Charlie, the manager immediately came to my aid. I told him that I had roadside assistance with AAA. He said I didn’t have to call them, he would change it if I had a spare tire. He graciously changed my tire and wouldn’t let me help him. I appreciate how he went above and beyond to help a customer in distress. Other employees have also helped in the past with towels and air fresheners! They get a 5 star rating from me💜

We frequent the Chili Ave near 390N car wash, and again guys are on their phones not prepping the front of my truck with anything or spraying the passenger side or tailgate of either my wife's Jeep or my 2500 RAM. We're paying a monthly subscription for a Service that most likely we're not getting along with other folks that come into that car wash. If you're on the God Damn Clock you're not to be in your God Damn Phone's. If I owned that car wash it would be spotless, if the employees have time to screw around, there's always time for productivity and cleanliness. Tired of seeing my money being wasted on non-productivity, I was livid when I left yesterday or I would've went around again and had words with the young men that were working. One more time and we're going either check out Splash or back to Delta Sonic.

Love this place fast and a great wash, with vacuums and they have towels so you can dry off yourself!! I left a message about no tire shine, one time, I'm not sure how they knew who I was when I returned but Deion was a pleasure and gave me a wash up for the inconvenience and he's super nice every single time❤️

Despite having just opened, the staff was very helpful in getting my out of state license plate updated and getting my scan tag attached to the vehicle. Hoses are suspended, so it's not filthy to touch. I was able to take advantage of a two month offer whereby the monthly fee was the same as the top grade one time wash.

I canceled my membership and they still charged me. I Took screenshots because i knew the message in my account would change. My account went from saying i had up until a specific date (same date i canceled to use services) and sure enough the next day it changed. switched it and now its saying i have a month until it cancels. I want my refund and I will never use this company again!

As a paying members its frustrating that you had 2 lanes of people paying for washes meanwhile we sat as a paying members waiting for the gate and 10 or 12 cars that came in after me went through the wash before me. The screen kept apologizing and it was not helpful just more annoying. Do better....

Today on Fri 1/30/26 staff member JACK was exceptional in service. First, he came in on such an extreme cold day where all other car washes were closed. I pulled in at 2ish & was met with a smile & work ethics that exceeded my satisfaction. The car wash machines were a disappointment, so much that myself and others kept going through again because many of the options seemed to not be working, machine wise in the wash. So JACK offered to use a power spray manually himself because the spray upon entering was as if to be a water gun (pressure wise) not removing any snow or dirt. JACK made my day & sufficed for the company for great customer service. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Hey!!!!...Corporate phones still have no body to take my call.......Automated answer...then quick..."sorry we're unable blah blah"........ @GOCARWASH.....I will do this everyday!......oh...n guys.....I still have yet to get a call back from this A.M from leaving my number to expect a call back! GO CAR WASH IS CRAP ACROSS THE BOARD...... There not even BBB certified.....and got complaints log against them that if they were BBB certified....they'd have an F
