REVISED FURTHER DOWN: You close too early ! Wish you stayed open until 9pm ! Also, angled back windows don't get full wash off.... NEW 2025 COMMENTS: Still a problem getting car back window cleaned (new Honda). Young people staffing it are friendly & helpful.

Bought a car wash on 1/21/25 and it was closed which i didn’t know there was 2 others cars in there and I pulled in from Wendy’s. Was at 3:00 too. Benny the manager was a complete jerk. Wouldn’t let me go the next day or give me a refund.

I was there with my new car, told that I gave the car which has a membership on it to my son and he will not use the car-wash... so I asked them to use the car-wash with my new car.. they said no. I didnt like this.

I used to love this place under the previous ownership, but that all changed after a downright scary experience in January 2025. I was the middle car in a three-car pile-up INSIDE the car wash, and the police determined the car wash was at fault. The "manager" that day was rude and completely unhelpful, and had no idea how to get us out of the running carwash or what to do. I never heard from the business owner after the accident--not even a simple follow-up. That's just poor basic customer service. I canceled my subscription and won't be coming back. Accidents happen- though how this happened I will never understand--but how a business handles them matters. NO GO car wash.

Came home from the wash and saw my back window still dirty. The person who’s only job is to apply soap to the back of each window decided to skip mine for some reason. Is it a big deal? No, but what’s the point in going through the wash if the back of the car is still dirty. The reason they apply the soap manually is because the machine rollers can’t get to the top of the back window. The guy has one job, but decides to do it only if he feels like it. It’s not the first time it’s happened. Time to cancel the monthly membership.

I have been getting my car washed at this location for several years now. Services is always excellent and wait times are minimal if there is any wait at all. Best of all, they really do open at 7am, which is perfect for my schedule. 100% worth the cost!!

I drive a pickup truck with a cab on the back and for some reason the car wash does not go across the back of my truck. Nothing ever touches the tailgate of my truck so it’s always left dirty.

Jack S at the Brighton NY location was a bright spot for me today. It was a frigid day and a busy one for them. He was directing cars and simultaneously pre-washing. Was really working hard and doing it with a smile. I stopped in the office to let them know what a great job he was doing and they said it was his FIRST DAY on the job! I'm sure his family is very proud of him - hard to find these days! Keep it up Jack!

I needed to make some changes to my GO Car Wash memberships and Jack was awesome! He took great care of me with speed and efficiency and knowledge! I have two memberships at GO. I’m a car wash junkie - I have never had anything but great experiences at GO - my cars are thoroughly cleaned every time with NO damage ever. I highly recommend having a membership at GO Car Wash!
