I have raved to everyone about this place. I have referred multiple people to go here. USUALLY the people working are really nice. Today I spilled a Drink in my car and immediately thought to go to this car wash to use the vacuums. Every time I come no matter what wash I get, the employee will hand me a dash wipe. This time when I went, there was an older man helping I chose the $12 car wash like I usually get and ask for a dash wipe. This man absolutely refused to give me a dash wipe like he pays for them out of his own pocket. I told him I spilled a drink in my car and it’s kind of sticky and he was Not helpful at all and told me that I needed to buy the $25 car wash in order to get ONE dash wipe. These people usually give me 2 every time I go. The fact that this man had zero compassion After I was having a not great morning and even after explaining to him my problem is terrible. I honestly will not be coming back here just so I never have to see his face again. Have the day you deserve, sir. Also, they don’t have tap to pay.

Easy to get in and out. Prices are great. Always have everything working and all cleaning supplies. Plus they hand out complimentary air fresheners and dash wipes all the time. Rene gave me mine today.

I drove from central Austin out here for a wash and it was the best decision ever! I had a lot of bugs on the front end of my car due to two long night drives and after my first wash I still had a little bit of bug residue on my car. Marcus (the manager) came over to check on me and when he saw the bug residue he sent me back through the wash for a second wash at no cost. Marcus is a real one. He was so kind and really made my day. Highly recommend this car wash and Marcus :)

Not for trucks. My Chevy 1500 was filthy so I didn't honestly expect it to get it perfect but I bought the most expensive option and it didn't do a whole hellva lot. And their Vacuums suck... 😂 don't suck well actually. And their mat station also sucks. An extra star only bc their service people were helpful and cool

I wish there were another alternative nearby; I wouldn’t have chosen this place. They don’t clean the car properly anyway, and both their system and the line move incredibly slowly. If there are 7–8 cars ahead of you, it takes more than 20 minutes for your turn to come. I’ve never seen a car wash this slow.

Good car wash near one of my old homes growing up as a kid. They have this floor mat scrubbing station I’ve never seen before & it did wonders in helping me to remove some stains I’ve had for a while. The staff seem to be friendly & hard working. Isaac helped me check in to get the wash & he did a great job explaining how the place operates. I would recommend this location

Tried the "GO Big!" top level car wash, and it missed crazy big spots on the car. I've never experienced blind spots this large at any carwash before... honestly kind of embarrassing driving off with that lol.

This was my first time going to GO Car Wash and it will not be my last. I tried the lowest priced wash and it did a pretty good job for a car that hadn't been washed in months. I used the towels they had to wipe excess water off after the wash and I used their vacuums. I went on a weekday afternoon and it wasn't crowded, but it was active. The attendants were professional as well.

I bought the seventeen dollar car wash with a three dollar upgrade and my car is still dirty!! I was here last week and ran it through for twelve dollars & got the same freaking car wash! This place is bss and a total ripoff!! My advice is to do the eight dollar basic, because everybody's car goes through the same damn car wash. There's nothing special about paying more money. You're just getting ripped off. I'd give it zero stars, but that's not possible!!🙄🙄🙄🙄

It’s always a wonderful experience here at GO Car Wash. I have a membership and I go quite often, especially right after work early in the morning. Even then however I’m always greeted warmly and kindly, today by Sierra, and I enjoy getting my car washed here.

First time customer and was immediately greeted by such a funny and enthusiastic employee. Her name was Sierra and she helped me through the process. The wash was pretty good, left a few small stains but still left my car looking much brighter than what it was. Will definitely come here again!

I've been using this car wash for awhile. My biggest buy-in is the car scents you can spray your car mats with. Black Opal smells amazing, but unfortunately it's always out of stock. Today, ALL the scents were out of stock. To the MGMT... If you can't keep everything in stock due to the amount of traffic you're receiving, sell the business to someone who can. I pay $30/month, so I should be entitled to everything that membership offers, including the car scents.

Absolutely worth the drive for a quality experience at a fair price. I’ve tried many car washes in the area, and GO Car Wash is the best by far. They provide clean rags and a dedicated area to wash your mats—small touches that make a big difference. However, the area could use some TLC because it gets muddy and puddled when people aren't careful with the hose. I truly appreciate a business that delivers consistent value without cutting corners. I got their monthly GO BIG membership, and it feels like a value when wanting to keep your vehicle clean. My only concern, and why I gave four stars, is that I wish there were more visibility on the track when entering, as I hold my breath every time, praying I don't scratch my rims.— You have to put a lot of trust in the person guiding you.
