GO Car Wash is my go-to spot for a quick, thorough clean. The wash always leaves my car looking spotless, and I especially love the free mat cleaners—they’re a game-changer and make it easy to keep the inside looking as good as the outside. The whole process is fast, convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you want a great wash with thoughtful extras!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this GO Car Wash location for over two years. In fact, I previously left a very positive review highlighting the excellent customer service I had experienced in the past. Unfortunately, that level of service has declined significantly with the current staff, and my recent visit left me completely shocked by how poorly a situation was handled. To provide some context: I pulled up to the kiosk and the attendant was having trouble locating my account. Up to that point, everything was friendly and courteous — we were simply trying to figure it out. That changed dramatically when Jonathon, the supervisor or manager, came over. Instead of first speaking with the attendant to understand what was going on, he jumped in to explain the situation to me — despite not knowing the details. I politely suggested he speak with his team before addressing me, which apparently was enough to trigger a complete overreaction. Rather than help resolve the issue, Jonathon became increasingly rude and aggressive. It was unprofessional and frankly, disturbing. I started recording the interaction — and immediately, his behavior changed. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he insisted he was the supervisor. Upon further request, he returned with someone on the phone who claimed I had been verbally abusive to staff — which was absolutely not true. When I tried to calmly explain, I was told to leave the premises. The whole experience was surreal and disappointing. What’s worse is that this all stemmed from ongoing issues with their internal systems. I have two cars on my account, but since I signed one of them up at a different location, it was entered incorrectly and has caused repeated issues at other branches. Until now, staff had always been able to handle it professionally. Sadly, between poor system management and unacceptable customer service — especially from someone in a leadership role — I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope GO Car Wash takes this feedback seriously and invests in proper training for its staff. Long-time customers deserve better.

This spot used to be my favorite one but not any more. It was the best service place among other Go Car Wash, but their service is getting lower. I purchased high level service including tire shinning but nowadays they do not give me the ticket for tire cleaning otherwise I ask them. Why should I ask for it? I want it, so I pay more for it. Sometimes they just missed the ticket even thought i asked. It seems like managers have been changed and they do not care the customers enough as they used to. I may consider using another spot or another car cleaning service if it is not changing.

The place went from bad to horrible. Just tried Go for the first time since new ownership. The experience was horrible. (10:30 am Sunday Nov 17). Cashier was very good. Pre treatment was a compete waste (seen pic of bumper). Manager didn't seem surprised or to care at all, which caused me the most disappointment. When a manager doesn't care, neither do the employees. He did say I could go through again, which I thought would be a complete waist of time. My suggestion: make the cashier the manager. He's the only one that cared.

Tried to get a car wash. Pulled in, and there was no one at the front cashier. I waited, and waited, and waited. There were 4 cars behind me waiting. Finally had to have the four cars behind me back out, so I could leave. It was chaotic. Will NOT go back to GO. If they can’t figure out how to take my money, then they probably can’t figure out the more complicated machinery. Thank goodness there are many other options close by.

Terrible Service, they never have towels vacs don't work and they discriminate here!!! David had a customer at the other lane selling service so I decided to go through the membership line because everyone was passing. He looked at me and I asked if I could pass because I had a membership and he told me to wait!!! In a loud rude voice. I waited and he finally went to the side I was at and he started letting other cars on the other side pass me up. He started laughing looking at me rudely I told him why are you doing this I had a membership and he laughed again. I told him to call the manager and he rolled his eyes and laughed as he walked away. He goes to the office and ask he talks to the manager he's still laughing!!!!!! The manager comes out not giving a crap like what do you want attitude. I told him about his employee and he said Okay, okay!!! And tried to walk away!!!!! I told him to cancel my membership!!! I have 5 cars with memberships here and from my children and husband. No respect! Rude!!!! I will take my business somewhere else!!!!!

I joined as a member at a newer location on Whitestone and was able to use the carwash with no issues. I went to this location, and it broke my light! When it was under another company, that wash also did damage to my car. Do not go here if you care about your vehicle. Also, they had a sign that I didn't see that gives them a loophole not to be responsible for anything their carwash does.

My favorite car wash, worth the little extra drive to get here since the clean these machines do is better than others I've tried. Plus I appreciate the free hand drying, it's a sweet little touch. The vacuums are strong as hell and I appreciate the free towels and cleaning chemicals.

This place is expensive and does not allow you to wash your own car. The whole whole pull-in experience is kind of weird because you're kind of trapped before you even know really what its totally is going to cost and I just don't like the whole style of the business. Transparency, and clear direction would help a lot in this.

Was upsold "select" wash which was supposed to do some under carriage cleaning but I don't think that happened. Neither did the lady clean my tyres.But the biggest whammy was the micro scratches it created on my car. If you care about your car do not go to such automated car washes. They will for sure ruin your car paint. Always go to self cleaning touchless wash. Takes a little effort but that the price you have to pay for maintaining your car well. Or pay someone to hand wash it.

A good car wash and offers good packages especially if you are taking the monthly subscription. There are a couple people to hand dry the car which adds a personal touch - also the vacuums have different heads which makes it very easy for us to apply to differnt areas in the car. The towels with glass and leather cleaners are also a winner.

It’s okay, nice and clean and they have compressed air and vacuum, microfiber towels and a clean bathroom. Downside is often there is not someone at the front access gate to welcome you, make change, or hand you a dash wipe towelette or pull in your mirrors and remove antenna. I usually go in the morning before work, I hope they can address these issues.

Stopped by here yesterday. I had been a member for several months, but was going to cancel my membership, didn't feel like I was going to use it as much. Talked to David F. really nice guy, updated my wash for free, I saw the results and it make my tires and car shine. Decided to keep the membership. Update: I have a membership here, but my car was recently totaled. I was wondering if my rental car could get a wash. David F. was here again and was able to look up my prior car license plate and give me a car wash on the rental vehicle. Great customer service! Great employee!

Convenient and super clean. The vacuums work great and the microfiber towels are so much better than paper towels at the other places. Supplies for cleaning the interior are very conveniently placed so there’s plenty that are easily accessible. Their staff is friendly and helpful and I love that I can add a tip using my card attached to my account. Only suggestion- make it possible to add the cc tip after the service (instead of just before) using a qr code or the app.

The brush mopper person at the start did a great job. Unfortunately the tunnel equipment isn't good at getting the nooks and crannies. The tire/window fella did a decent job, at least he put my windshield wiper back on which I guess he knocked off? The vacuums weren't working and the pressurized air hose was full of water, so my dash got a shower too. 😕
