Lee Mahoney was extraordinarily helpful during our purchase of a vehicle. He even assisted me on a day when he was off work. I live in Georgia and was purchasing the vehicle for my son and his family that were moving from Missouri to California. He sent us a personalized video of the vehicle which really helped,The entire purchase was extremely easy as and he answered all my questions and went above and beyond my expectations during the buying process. I never felt pressured and he’s the Best salesperson that I have ever dealt with.

My name is Leon Pylant, I purchased my vehicle from Infiniti of Elk Grove. Me and my wife was searching for a Truck we contacted Ms. Charley Peoples, right away she found the vehicle I wanted, I was knocked off my feet that it only took 1 hour to finance and purchase the truck. Lee is amazing. He is the best. Very polite, respectful, and informative. Listens and is knowledgeable not too aggressive. Lee tried hard to make us happy with the vehicle we wanted and the price we wanted but I can not say that about his colleague at Roseville (Jae) who is a liar. Roseville Jae refused to transfer a car that would have been sold. 4 days later that car is sitting there on the lot. I drove 90 minutes to avoid Jae. Elk Grove > Roseville

Ms. Charlie is the best. I can not explain to anyone how many dealerships I’ve been to and she is the most amazing person I have come across. I am a first time buyer as far as finance (I own two cars currently in my name). She was very easy to talk to about the vehicle I was interested in even offered the test drive and did a wonderful job helping me get used to the new clutch in the car. She is the up most respectful person and had so much information to offer when we sat down even was looking up other cars up to make sure I was getting the car I wanted within the prices I wanted to stay within. I can not say this loud enough.. NO PRESSURE TO BUY OR GO ABOVE MY DESIRED PRICE RANGE!!!!! It was really amazing how genuine she was to help and was honestly just a blast to hangout with from the start of her greeting us! She so cool she even whipped the Z around for us and had us take a seat to wait for her to pull it to the front. I could go on. All I can say is i’m speechless

I can honestly say it was worth traveling an hour and a half to get my car serviced at Infinity Of Elk Grove where I purchased my vehicle. The service at my local Nissan dealer in Concord was a joke tried to tell me that #Warranty items were not covered or there was no fix, tried calling the Pleasanton dealer and they never even answered their phones. From the time I purchased my vehicle, the sales and Finance staff were professional and courteous, called me back, and did exactly what they said they would do. My experience with service has been exactly the same. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market to purchase an infinity even if you need to have your infinity serviced it is worth the drive! Buddy is great And follows up and return calls. Seems so basic, but it is not the norm for the other local Infiniti dealerships near me from my experience! Thanks Buddy!

I've been in the market for a 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and finally found one for sale on Infiniti of Elk Grove's website. After calling in, I was connected with Blake Nero who answered all of my questions about the vehicle. When he heard my level interest, and that I wanted a test drive, but couldn't afford the time to drive over from the Peninsula (a two hour drive from Elk Grove) without being sure about the vehicle, Blake offered to bring it to me! I was blown away by this level of customer service, which I've never experienced before when buying a car. Two hours later Blake appeared on my doorstep, and after taking the car for a test drive, I was sold. We drove back to the dealership together and negotiated a price I was really happy with. I was really pleased with Blake's personal commitment to customer service, to his honesty and transparency about the process. I was also very happy with my interactions with Kyle Middendorf who walked me patiently through my financing and warranty options and the contract. It was a pleasure doing business with Infiniti of Elk Grove. While it's a bit of a drive for me on the Peninsula I will definitely keep these guys in mind when I'm next in the market for a new or used car. Best in class service! Dan Ford

I just bought a used 2017 Prius Prime from Jim and the experience was nothing like I expected. No gimmicky sales tactics, no frivolous up-sells, and no hours of waiting and negotiating. Jim was super responsive, took the time to get to know the car (even though it's clearly not an Infiniti) and let me know everything I would need in advance of our appointment. If I ever find myself having to buy another car I'll go straight to Jim. Francisco in the finance office was the same experience. He made me feel confident that I understood everything I was paying for, was very transparent and didn't waste time on things I didn't need. All in all it was a really painless and positive experience and I feel like I paid a good price for a great car.

I had a great experience with this dealership. I contacted them regarding a car I was interested in. Dave Lewis responded. He was very transparent with me. He told me the bottom line price and worked a deal quickly and efficiently. I decided to drive from San Jose to Elk Grove to test drive the vehicle. Dave was great. The next day, Dave was off so he set me up with Mohammed who was also awesome. Francisco did my financing and was also quick and easy to work with. I am not a fan of car shopping. This was by far the best experience I have had thus far.

I recently took myG37 in for diagnosis of a sport mode shifting issue and service. I did some research on the issue before taking my car in. I explained to the service person that the issue with the shifter was most likley in the shifter assembly. As thats what my research was pointing to. After taking a whole day to run diagnostics , service rep called me said " the issue was in the transmission more specifically...the valve body" and that would cost over $3000.00 and he strongly recommended against doing it. They charged for diagnostics and service and two days later I was on my way. After much more research i was convinced I was correct in my assumption of the issue. I ordered a shifter assembly on line, installed myself and now it works perfectly. I don't care so much for the misdiagnoses but charging me the fee dose bother me! I contacted them via email told them i would be happy to ship the old part to them or do anything else to prove they were wrong....,I DIDN'T SO MUCH AS GET A REPLY! This isn't the first time unqualified mechanics at E.G. Infinity did sub par work on my vehicle...needless say. I will not be returning!

I’m so excited about this car !!! Not only is this my first all-electric vehicle but I was so very nervous about this purchase... But I must say Mr. Michael Nelson was a definite God sent I don't think I would have made it thru this car search without his knowledge and patience. He didn't just try to sell me a car he was genuinely invested in me getting the right car for me. Even if he wasn't the seller!! I appreciate every word of wisdom and care this company gave me thank you, Elk Grove, auto mall I got what I wanted and the perks too👌 ( free car washes, carpool lane exempt, no gas or oil changes ever!! I'm loving this change To God be the Glory 🙌🏽🙌🏽 ohh and my son likes it too 😆

If you genuinely care about your vehicle please read this review because I have extensive experience with Infiniti of Elk Grove and their body shop – Elk Grove Custom Detail Spa and I can offer insight. I custom ordered my Q60 Red Sport through Stephanie and Anthony and am very happy with their service. Two great people and as far as they are concerned, they get 5 stars. Awesome customer service great people. Unfortunately, the awesomeness stops there. I had to bring it in for some work and not only did the service technicians fail at the repairs but they tore and mangled other parts of the car that were in perfect working order before handing my car off to them. They literally screwed up the repair, then screwed up the screw up on top of that. Read on for details. I waited 5 months for my order. For the inconvenience, they tinted my windows for free. Great but I found debris embedded underneath the rear and side tint. Then I noticed the window stopped rolling up all the way. They got the window to roll up all the way but tore a weather seal in the process and blamed it on Elk Grove Custom, as evidence by them telling the girl at the counter to charge EGC for the weather stripping. I have photographic evidence to the contrary they are charge EGC for it anyway. Problem is, the wind noise is now worse than when I brought it in. This is a 60k luxury car and the wind noise is louder than my 2000 Tacoma. Upon closer inspection I found another spot of the weather stripping totally mangled by them. Not only have they failed miserably at repairs but they damaged other parts of the car that were not damaged in the first place! To sum it up: They tinted 3 windows and 2 of those 3 windows have debris embedded underneath them. One window stopped rolling up all the way AFTER scratching the tint during another repair. During the repair of window they tore the weather stripping in one place and mangled it in a second place. It is literally worse off than when I brought it in. I found the chrome around my grill to be abrasively scratched somewhere during this whole process. I have pictures. Finally, I called and emailed these concerns and have hear nothing back from them. My concern is, beyond the obvious, is that when I take it back this coming weekend they are not going to have the OTHER weather seal they mangled because they ordered only the one seal they knew they tore (and blamed it on the other company) and this means I will have to come back to them on my personal time, AGAIN, and risk them mangling and tearing my car, AGAIN. My brand new sixty thousand dollar vehicle is now literally torn, scratched, and mangled by Infiniti of Elk Grove, literally. But wait, it gets worse: I paid for the “convenience” of the maintenance plan. I swear to you, reader, I am sick to my stomach to think I have to bring my vehicle in to these people to perform further routine maintenance. How can I possibly trust these people? I bet they won’t even change the crush washer on the oil drain plug. Seriously! I see the owner sometimes replies to these poor reviews. If you want to honestly do your customer, ME, right, let me out of this service plan I paid for. Either give me my money back or apply it to my title. I’m done with your service. This is beyond unbelievable. You literally, literally did nothing right but ruined other stuff along with your failed repairs. Advice: have a serious look at your mechanics and their training. To let you readers know just how unhappy I am with the horrible work done by these people: If I can’t get out of their service plan, I will still most likely choose to take my vehicle somewhere else for service even though I already paid $2000 for that service. It’s not worth it. I’ll just take it in the shorts instead of bringing it in to these people. It is not worth subjecting my car to these people anymore. Heed my advice people. If you care about your luxury vehicle, honestly care about it and maybe even wash it yourself, take it somewhere else for service. Have I not given you enough reason?
