Had my truck towed in on 4/11 and went by on 4/12 to grab some stuff needed for work went in truck was fine in the same state I left it when it was towed in but came back to pick up 4/17 and the truck was completely thrashed. Someone went through all of my receipts, Paperwork, and stole multiple items broke my stereo microphone when I asked the shop about what happened. They said the truck was locked through the weekend And no one was in it. The truck came in that way which was false. I had them Tow and bring to the shop for repairs completely ridiculous that the truck was left open and no responsibility was claimed on their behalf due to my truck being damaged

Excellent customer service! My AC had gone out in my car and I was feeling miserable in the rising heat, so I decided to give this new place a try. I'm glad I did, because I was impressed with their level of customer service! The team offered to work after hours to get my car fixed, and despite being tired working hours after close they still were there with smiles on their faces when I came to pick up my car. I was given a detailed breakdown of the pricing. They were honest, patient, and kind all through the process. Not always something you'd find! I'll be recommending them to more people for their level of customer service and professionalism.

I was involved in a collision that almost took my life, and the damage so bad the car was nearly totaled. Fortunately enough for me, I was able to get my car done at this wonderful shop that was so thorough, communicative, and really just so excellent with their work!! In one of the dark is the hardest times of my life, Bash and the entire staff really came through for me and my car, I 100% recommend!! I had an excellent experience at Fix Auto, and would definitely use them again. The turnaround time to have my car repaired exceeded my expectations, and their communication was excellent. I knew what was happening every step of the way and how long it was going to take. They made the process as easy as possible for me and worked alongside my insurance to take the added stress off of me. After I picked up my car, they made sure to check in to see that everything was still going well. Though I hope to not need autobody repair work done in the future, I would most definitely use their services again should I need.

This place is truly great! I’ve had the misfortune of getting hit by other drivers 3 times in the past few years and I originally found this place through my insurance and I keep going back! The staff is super friendly, they always get the job done quickly and my car always looks perfect after the work is done! They even clean the inside of the car which makes it nice at pick up! I will definitely use them anytime I need something done! They are truly great 😊
