Horrible experience , I normally do not frequent this store however I went in to purchase Lysol wipes and the disinfectant spray to see if they had any...I saw the sign they posted limit 2 of cleaning and sanitizing wipes...so I got two wipes and two sprays(no sign was listed for spray) , I walk up to the register and someone who wasn’t even helping me at checkout proceeded to notify me that the limit was two per household of cleaning products and I told her that the sign stated only limitations for wipes and she said it was uncalled for. Some of the employees should have better knowledge of what signs are up in the store before accusing customers of not following the rules, Fortunately the manager allowed me to checkout with those 4 items as a one time courtesy...but there was no need for the commentary that was made by the one employee.

Went here earlier today. The employees were fine to me, but while i was standing in line 3 of them starting yelling and going off on a few teenagers who came in to buy some snacks. Apparently they have a rule that students can’t come into the store between 8 am and 4 pm. I’m assuming this is to prevent theft and other issues, but the way they were talking to and yelling at the kids was so uncalled for. They were literally just standing in line, and the one employee said, “you guys must not be able to read, which is ridiculous because all of you are in school.” Then he proceeded to yell and make a number of other ignorant comments towards the KIDS, all of whom immediately complied and left the store. It was like 3:15 by the way, and all the schools were out at that point. They need a better system to avoid theft- telling people they’re not allowed to shop in the store at a certain time because of their age is just poor management, and employing staff who behave like children themselves is too.

The staff at this location are very friendly and engaging. They're always kind and willing to help. The store has a little bit of anything and everything. The store seems a bit cluttered and disorganized a lot of times, but overall, I like and frequent this location.

Consistent issues with the store not being open when it's supposed to. No exaggeration but there have been at least a dozen instances where the store is closed well before their closing time. We're talking like 45 min or more. I'm fed up now.

Tom the store manager is fantastic with a wonderful personality. Kindness can be few and far between these days. He truly cares about the store as well as the customers. Staff make a point to greet me when I enter. Helpful if I'm looking for a specific items. Not to mention the prices are extremely fair. Quality of products...well it is a dollar store after all. Five stars from me ⭐✨⭐

A disgrace! They close at different times. Even lock customers out because the system is down!! They need to close this business and open up another that actually benefits the community! Can someone open up a dollar tree or dollar store around this area and not hire employees that don’t work worth a damn.

Please update tags on prices. Also cashier was very rude today. If you are not happy with your day don't be rude to paying customers. The least you can do is politely greet. You don't need to smile just be polite.

This is the worst Family Dollar I have ever been to. Long lines, messy store, unhappy employees and incompetent management. I stopped going here for good the other day. One day it's card only and next day its cash only with exact change. The store is surrounded by a mound of trash they never clean up. This location is a complete joke and I hope they go out of business.

I stopped at this store on the way into Lancaster to pick up some soda that was on sale. There were very little soda left to pick from and most of the aisles we're filled with totes of product that had yet to be put on the shelves. Honestly it almost looked like somebody had robbed the store the night before since the shelves were so empty.

Just moved to the area and stopped by this store. I asked employee at register if it's open, and she snippetly responded "Nope!" and moved to next register. After I was made to move to next register, another employee opens up previous register, and I was being forced to go back to previous register. I claimed I was fine where I was, which was responded to with "Don't wait on him, he has an attitude problem." Horrendous customer service! The brown skin woman with the short silver hair doesn't deserve to have a job there. Period. Never again.

Very helpful young men who worked there he even left his register to price check an item for me and was very helpful and nice great inventory as well . I love their Chestnut Hill brand tea bags and Chestnut Hill Zero calorie sweetener.
