They have things that you can use for your house home supplies food and stuff but it's dysfunctional just like the managers and staff there everything is not in their proper places things could be managed better and things can be sorted out better so new store it should be dysfunctional like it is

The outside/parking lot is filled with garbage and debris. The inside of the store is clean however poorly organized. Carts with items that need to be placed on the floor have been in isles for days, smh. Very poor management!

Some are very unprofessional. Won't even answer the phone on holidays to see if they're even open. When you google all it states is holiday MAY differ from regular hours. That doesn't help those who are ubering.

Horrible service , outdated store tags on items , employees not following store policies. Not honoring what the sticker says on products , poor attitude, need to shut store down , need to boycott to close this location and fire everyone .

Slow checkout! Usually unprofessional and talking or arguing among themselves at the registers. A few of the employees are polite and professional. The line can get long and there's only one cashier half the time.

I only gave this place 5 stars so that i can give a review. This place sucks. This is a ghetto family dollar. They have one register for 15 ppl till theres argument between customers thats when they open a new register. I felt disgraced today because i spoke in spanish and a customer and the cashier was acting racist because they thought i was speaking about them in spanish.

Just wondering why the stores always Says it closes at 10pm. But closes at 8pm. Very confusing and isn’t convenient. Especially when Poland ave store location actually closes at that time. As for any other Store locations. If they aren’t going to close at 10’ they need to Change the hours on the web.

I shop at the West Main store and I love it... the employees are courteous the store is clean and always well stocked. The Manager & his Assistant are special, always making me feel appreciated... there are few of the stores that I have visited but this one takes the cake...Thank you West Main Family Dollar!

Wondering why employee yelling at customers because he is upset. Yelling at the top of his lungs saying' there is a Family dollar up the street next to Tops and we are understaffed, Also said he doesn't care who is affended. all because it's 5 minutes till 9:00 pm and they close at nine. I will never come to this slack poor disgusting location again. Poor management rude employees and very unwelcoming 😡

It's affordable & they have everything you need from food to snacks to drinks to clothes & soap to wash cloths & your behind. The employees are always welcoming & pleasant. It's brand new & clean & organized. I enjoy my trip each & everytime.

They sold me a charging cable that doesn't work, then when I tried to return it they told me that there's no return in electronics! So they can sell you stuff that doesn't work and keep the money. It would be helpful if you informed customers of this policy at the register, , then I wouldn't have purchased the item!

This location was very clean and spacious. Customer Service at checkout could've been better, maybe the cashier was just having a bad day. That's the only reason why I gave 4 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ But all in all everything else was great and easy to find. Best part of this entire experience is that I did find my favorite tea!...PURE LEAF EXTRA SWEET TEA! Do you guys know how hard this flavor is to find?🤔 I most definitely will be coming back soon just to purchase those on regular bases. So glad I came here😊
