Extremely GHETTO ! A bunch of Puerto Ricans that YELL all day through out the store, Horrible customer seevice, place is NOT RAN like a BUISNESS, Employees running around singing, cussing & yelling while the line is long as all out doors.

If I could leave no stars I would. This family dollar is horrible. Always slow. The employees are very rude. Only one lane is open all times. Camilla and brenda specifically are the worst.

The employees are RUDE they don't help anybody. They be too busy talking to each other. The manager always have a attitude she won't even tell you where things are located at in the store. She ignore people. I won't spend a penny in this store. 💯💯

If I could leave no stars I would! I thought I was on an episode of punked!! The cashier was in the phone with her mother the whole time she cashed people out. Very rude and unfriendly. Tags from weeks ago were up and they wouldn’t honor the price. I’m calling cooperate on them as well! Very disgusted won’t EVER go back into that store!!

Came on 6/29 at 8:30pm and they were closed. I watched the lady locked the door and say we’re closed but online it says they close at 9pm

Do not go to this place this store is awful!! Rude and nasty staff! Not only did they immediately upon entering the store confused my girlfriend with someone else and forced her to leave saying she had been stealing from them which is not the case but also every person that walks in there and employee follows you around the store physically just sitting there watching you

This store is the most ghetto unorganized establishment. Let me start by saying, the employees close the store too early! Most days the store is closed by 9:15p. One day I went there at 6:30p and they were closed, meanwhile a "manager" and two employees were outside hanging out(Hello the sign clearly states that they close at 10pm daily). I have to give credit for a couple employees that have done a great job giving good customer service. Unfortunately, there are far more that are playing loud music in the store, swearing while on the phone and amongst each other, all while they are on the clock. Aside from unprofessionalism, there are always loaded carts blocking customers from being able to access goods, and that is IF shelves are stocked. For a neighborhood store that is supposed to be convenient, this place is on a large scale a waste of time and an inconvenience.

I'm a paying customer . Just moved to the area in October. Spend hundreds there. This morning I go to the store, and get told I got to leave. I asked why . You have to leave now. Again I ask why? Leave now and don't come back next time it will be worse. My only response was wow ok. Went and spent my money at tops.Are you kidding me? I'm no thief check your cameras. I never did nothing wrong. So unfair. I'm calling ny state attorney generals office and my lawyer.

If I could give them less than 1/2 half star I would! Staring with the store maneger on down! I have never been so humiliated in a store this way in my life! I was treated like a Thief in front of employees and customers alike!. I walked in to bay some Alka Seltzers for an upset stomach and was told I needed to leaf my empty bag at the door. I showed the manager it was empty and it was to put my groceries inside cause its raining and F.D. only has paper bags and the told me very rudely and disrespectfully that either I leave the bag on from or "hit the door"! The only reason I didn't leave immediately was because I really needed the medicine. The manager now followed me telling me now she was going to watch me cause this was her store. I told her I was going to complain about her behavior and she laughed at me saying cooperation was going to laughed at me too because it's store policy to have to leave all bags on front. Does that include women's purses too?? This cannot be legal nor appropriate. Not every Hispanic male that walks into a family dollar is a drug addict trying to shop lift. In fact, I went there to get cash back from my card! I go, or used to go there almost on a daily basis. Now they won't see another Dollar from me or my family again. I would love to see how hard corporation is laughing about this like the manager said. This happened on4:00 p.m. on 04/18/2024. I asked the manager her name and she gave me her nick name and wouldn't give me her full name saying "they know who I am". And I really hope they do cause even the other employees were visually and obviously embarrassed.

This is the most proximate Family Dollar to my current residence. Seems somewhat smaller than others further away from me, but the staff is the friendliest I have encountered yet. Shelves are adequately stocked, but plenty of snacks are permitted to expire and sit there so caveat emptor. Furthermore, the profusion of loaded pallets in the aisles is an annoyingly recurring theme that reflects the lack of due diligence on the part of the stock personnel. Overall, my shopping experiences have merited a ⭐⭐⭐1/2 but I will round it up, rather than down, solely on the strength of the SUPER cute cashiers who often process my transactions. 🥰
