This place was the worst car wash I have ever been at. They didn't vacuum well, didn't clean the inside of my car at All! I paid for my wheels to be cleaned and they sprayed with armour all and thought that was enough. When I complained to the Manager, Fernando, he said that it would cost me $60 dollars to have that done and that he didn't know who he worked for! Amazing that they get any repeat business. I mean I honestly could have done better with a broom, rag and bucket of soapy water! While I was relaying my grievances to the Cashier another customer walked up and said this is exactly what I want to complain about! When we went outside, another customer was fussing about poor service. All Fernando kept saying was please move your car. Bad service guys, go at your own risk!

Concern: before the car goes in the wash, they removed my hard truck mats and slammed them against my black exterior causing scratches from rocks. I have tried to speak to the manager 7 times in the last 72 hours and the woman who picks up either avoids the call, hangs up or says he went to (random) lunches/left early for an emergency. I wanted to alert them to help avoid legal issues with how they care for vehicles. But now, they have lost my business.

If I could given -5 stars I would.First and foremost, they used a hose to jump start the car washing process.Then I noticed that my wheels and rubber mats were still dirty.I informed the “manager on duty” and he said I need to pay extra for the mats and wheels..Since when dont carwashes not clean wheels as if it isnt apart of the car? This place is trash and I will never patronized!!!

Poor job at cleaning the inside. I was told that what I paid for didn't cover cleaning the cup holder or wiping down the dashboard and the mats. That in order to do so it would cost more. Do not recommend this place, it's a waste of money. I would rather drive further to get a better service at the same and even lower price.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! This car wash is the absolute worse. I had informed the attendant to ensure that he properly align my tires on the guide; instead the attendant did not and knocked pieces of my car a loose. When I came up to address the issue with a manager, he got under the car and reattached it only for it to come loose again. The next day the same happened. Please note this was the second time. The manager was rude and denied the damages. I have often wiped the car down, cleaned tires, shaken mats, etc and over looked having to do so. I am having to obtain a police report to get my car fixed.

Not the greatest quality car wash but I cant wash it myself, have no one else to wash it, AND I get coupons for 50% off the Super and Ultimate washes. Although I often have to make them clean my windshield inside again, I get the $36 Ultimate for $18 so I deal with it. I just don't want to pay full price for car washes at the prices they are now.

This is one of the best car washes around the temple hills/oxon hill area! I always try and recommend these guys to anybody who asks for car wash recommendations around the area. They are super great and detailed when cleaning my car which is something that most car washes don’t do. They do a great job both on the outside and inside and i never had any problems with them! Dr Car wash is great!!!

They charge different prices just for you to get the cheapest basic wash. Paid for a Super wash and wasn’t nothing super about it. Tires still dirty. dashboard still dusty. Windows still had finger and towel marks! This car wash is POINTLESS to go to!

Convenience in a crunch is the only time I get caught going here the wash and price are terrible! And I’m not a complainer. Yall need to do better I have to follow the folks around to make sure it done halfway right dam not good

Great and I even have the package. One small complaint, inside cleaning - they don't do a good job wiping down inside. They miss the gear shift and front cup area. Otherwise, 4 stars out of 5

They put forth the least amount of effort. I went back and paid an additional $10 to have the doors wiped in addition to already paying $36 for exterior, interior and tire shine and still had to go get the manager because it wasn't done. After standing over them they at least wiped them but it was not done well. I just left,,, didn't have the energy to go back and forth about it. I just won't ever come back. Don't come here if you want your car vacuumed well and interior wiped and cleaned. That part of the service is a joke.!!!

I get my car wash here often. I pay for the unlimited monthly washes. Seems like they don't take there time and cleaning the car out or wiping it down too oftendo i have to run my car threw twice because they rushed my car. Thinking about canceling it.

At the last minute, I decided to get a wash prior to taking a road trip. Didn't do my normal walk around after. When I got home to pack, I noticed my wheels were still dirty. The point is that the employee (he) was faking wiping the wheels, wipping the rag like he was doing something. Ultimate Wash ($36). Now I'm suspect of the service. DO BETTER!!!

If i could give a 0 i would. The first two times i went to get a hand wash outside only they charged me $30. The third time they told me $40 for a hand wash outside only. I go today and they tell me is $80 for outside and dash only. My time is how it jump up $50. Their prices fluctuate too much for me. They di a decent cleaning but its not the best because they rush. Long story short i will not be returning here at all.
