This is the worst car wash I have EVER been to. I paid $25 for the WORKS!! only to find out that the WORKS doesn't include windows, wiping down of the dashboards the seats or vacuuming out the interior. My car was still dirty. After complaining to the manager, I was allowed to run my car back though and it still had visible dirt on it. I also inquired to why I was not informed that $25 dollars didn't cover the interior and that it would be another $20 if I was interested in having that service. I was informed that the young lady at the entrance is always on her phone and never gives the customer the attention they deserve. So my question is: if you are aware of this fact then why don't you fix it? The other workers were rude and acted as if I was bothering them by asking question. I will never go back to this establishment and i suggest you dont either because of the poor custmer service, as well as the quality for the dollars spent. It's not worth your money or time!

My hub cap was bent by being misguided by the guy that leads in the car he saw that the rim had been bent but never said anything I felt it but thought maybe it was a slight scrape but once I got home I realized that that wasn't the case. I went back within 5 minutes to show them what happened to my car. I spoke with Justin who told me that the owner's Max and Joe would say that it was prior damage. I explained to him that my tires are 3 weeks old there's no other damage like that on any of my other caps, which he didn't bother to look at and couldn't explain why I would choose them to go back for a $20 cap. I explained to him that I have a monthly membership And that if they weren't gonna make this right to go ahead and cancel it before I could say the word "it" he'd already said OK turned around and walked away and canceled the membership to my vehicle. This is how you know they don't care nothing about the community in which they take money from. I spend $30 a month for the membership if you multiply that over 12 months I give them $360 for a car wash annually now they have lost all of that revenue because they don't want to fix the rim that the Guy bent. Please understand the last time this guy guided me in the hub cab literally came off the car I had to get out the car and put it back on the car. I am not someone who just wants to say something bad about the car wash because if you look at the attached pictures I actually gave them a 5 star rating before Update: they did the right thing.

I like this Car Wash, the only thing I don't like is that at the beginning of the wash, there are some people waiting with brooms, and what they do is clean the car's rim before it enters the wash machine, it makes sense, but it should be optional for the customer, if they want that service or not, in my case, I would like them to ask me if I want it because I have seen that my rims have been scratched for that reason, they are supposed to clean the rim, but since they do it in a hurry, they touch the rims, causing scratches, and it should also be optional, because I use a product on the rim to make it shine, and those brooms cause the product that I use on the rims to be removed, but other than that, very good.

I have a few constructive suggestions to enhance the overall customer experience: Equipment & Detailing Enhancements: Vacuum Nozzles: The current vacuum nozzles are good, but not great. I strongly recommend replacing them with an upgraded design, specifically a crevice claw with a tapered end. This would significantly improve customers' ability to reach and clean tight spaces. Interior Cleaning: The on-hand interior cleaning service is a great perk. A valuable addition to this service would be a dedicated carpet cleaning machine (or extractor), which would allow for deeper interior maintenance. Operational Improvements: Interior Service Flow: While the interior cleaning service is fantastic, the current single-lane setup often causes significant line backups. Consider expanding to a two-lane system to improve traffic flow and reduce customer wait times. Morning Vacuum Availability: I understand there are reasons for it, but the frequent unavailability of some vacuum stations in the mornings can be frustrating. Staff Monitoring: Related to traffic flow, staff could be more vigilant in monitoring car traffic and equipment usage, especially during peak morning hours, to ensure maximum efficiency.

The car wash was closed earlier than operation hours ended. I tried Sam's self-service car wash because I had already been at the location. As a result, my car is now covered in micro scratches from the brush. I regret that I took advantage of the offer to try this car wash using a coupon for a free wash.

SAM'S Car Wash have been there for years still giving great service. Fo some it's the place to be in the summer . People connecting over thier cars or just a simple hello . I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. Now I go st least 3 times a week . They have a great deal. Unlimited washes for a great price of course. It's just really nice to see a business still going that hold so many memories. May you all stay in business for many more.

I have an unlimited membership for one of my cars but I was at your Temple Hills location with my other car and purchased a full service wash. There is one guy that guides you in and two guys, one on each side of the car who are supposed to spray it down before going in the tunnel. As the chain started to pull me through, the guy on the drivers side was holding the spray wand in one hand and his breakfast sandwich in the other hand and never sprayed my car because he was to busy eating. I waisted my money and couldn't find a manager to complain about it, so I went to Flagship and got my car redone. Someone at Sam's needs to make sure the workers are doing their job at all times and not goofing off. People pay good money for the service.

Pro tip: They put the tip jar on the walk to the car, make sure you check your car before you put a dime in there. Very clearly did the absolute bare minimum, an assembly line setup that’s just trying to get cars done as quickly as possible without any regard to quality. I’d take my car back to re-do it but figure I’m lucky my car wasn’t scratched or damaged in the process.

Great place to get the car washed. It is partially hand and partially machine washed. You can add on interior cleaning or do it yourself at the self service lane with well functioning vacuum-cleaners. Large territory. Clean. Friendly staff. (I frequent the place bimonthly or at least once a month for the deluxe washing and do the vacuuming myself).

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience yesterday getting a $25 wash. It was bad enough that I had to clean it up myself when I got home. If you zoom in on the picture, the bugs on the front and none of the wheels were even touched. The tire shine almost completely dried up before I got home, despite a healthy tip left to the tire shine guys. Disappointing and won't be back.
