I went to get Vip wash for $21 was offered $45 monthly wash I later looked at my receipt and was charged $74 and the manager told me he couldn't refund my money. They scared me and none of the phone numbers work on receipt or brochure.

Car wash stopped working. They kept selling car washes so there was a massive backlog. Took 20 mins to get it working. As soon as it was working, they started spraying the car without checking. Threw soap and water into the car. Lady outside just shrugged and couldn’t have cared less. Spots on the windshield didn’t even clean.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I paid $50 for an interior and exterior wash-first time customer. If I could give zero stars I would. Not only was the car still not clean on the outside, there was bird dropping still on the top of the vehicle, but an item was stolen out of the vehicle while they were detailing the interior. I didn't realize it was missing until I was far down the road. Buyers beware. This place is highway robbery in more ways than one. Never again.

I had the worst customer service experience here. Instead of greeting me with a hello, the cashier immediately said, “What do you want?” Even after I responded, they repeated the same phrase, still without a proper greeting. This wasn’t during a busy rush—the line was short—yet the rudeness was undeniable. I do not recommend this place. Zero stars

I requested the unlimited full service package, but my receipt showed a $49.99 charge for a one-time wash. I immediately asked the cashier about the difference (unlimited is $74.99), and while he apologized he didn’t offer to correct the error or refund me. I won’t be back

Horrible customer service and the "Full Service" wash is a complete waste of money. My car wash left completely wet and I had to get out to dry it off and finish cleaning the rims. When I said something to he lady she did not usher anyone over to help me she only said "sorry" as they all sat there and watched me complete the job I paid them $50 to do. DON'T GO HERE TRUST ME!!

Car wash is at the gas station. There was a lot going on. I'm not sure if it's always this busy. It would be cool if there was a car wash entrance separate from the gas station. It Sucks you have to get out the car to pay but other than that I was satisfied. Prices are reasonable and you have the option for inside and/or outside cleaning of vehicle.

Hello…this use to be a good car wash, but for a wjile now the service is terrible. They don’t wipe the water off your vehicle and that’s what I pay for, I asked the question about not finished wipes and the lady act as though she didn’t understand English and still didn’t do it. I won’t be going back, and previously Ive been goof for years, but I can’t tolerate the poor service anymore. It’s haven’t improved, and don’t seem like it.

Please be sure to check your items before leaving or arriving to this car wash because 9/10 there will be missing items in your vehicle. Maybe I was wasn’t aware to check my vehicle before leaving out. But when I went back I had a strange feeling about missing items and I was right missed out my headphones and couple of other items that’s my personal belongings. And please don’t forget to secure your items and check your vehicle before proceeding with the car wash. Thank you for car wash for your hospitality but please we can do better by taking care of each-other values and do better because at the end of the day what matters is trustworthy. Overall the Car wash was good left me with clean hands and my car looking brand new. But please be aware when visiting this place.

Too expensive. $50 just to add the vacuum inside. Update- went twice in 2 weeks and it’s the biggest fraud of a car wash. My car leaves shiny but still dirty as it went in. They only wipe off the water off but the bumper was still off bugs and dirty. Total waste of $22. Do not recommend!!

Paid for a $50 wash and had to get them to fully vacuum the interior. They wiped down my glass with a cloth that left a lot of fibers behind. The dash was all smeared and so were the arms of the door. Using the same towels to clean multiple cars is not going to get them clean. Still had stains on the outside after the machine wash. Thought they would wipe it off before “waxing” it. At this price point, there’s just other places you can go and spend your money. They had a crew of about 8 people but only one went back and cleaned the spots that I asked while the other just gathered around and talked.

Roy's Car Wash offered a unique experience, though not without its challenges. Upon entering the entrance, I was greeted by four Hispanic women. Unfortunately, my wait was significantly extended—approximately 20 minutes—due to a customer ahead of me who was being particularly difficult and indecisive. This interaction was poorly managed and caused a backup of vehicles that eventually spilled into the street, which I found to be unprofessional and inefficient. While the staff was friendly, two of the attendants on the left side were overly chatty, which detracted from their productivity. Additionally, the gentleman handling payments lacked consistency in his approach, selectively requesting cash or card from different customers without clear reasoning. This inconsistency raised concerns about fairness and transparency. When my vehicle finally reached the cleaning station, I expected the same level of attention given to the previous customer. However, I had to personally point out several areas that were missed, including spots on the tires, armrests, and sideboards. Even after passing through the final stage of the wash, I needed to request further touch-ups. In summary, Roy's Car Wash has potential to be a standout service provider, but improvements in professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail are necessary. With better time management and a stronger focus on the work itself, this establishment could truly become a local gem.

My brother hipped me on to this place. Definitely the most effective drive through car wash I've used. I usually get the VIP Works which is now like $20. But it's all good - I only go like once every month or two. Friendly staff and a great car wash - what more can you ask for (except cheaper prices lolol)! These are b4 and after photos.

I’ve been looking for a good car wash in the area. I’d come back here for sure. The sweet lady at the cashier offered me water as I waited, and they were staffed well. About 4 Latina ladies were vacuuming my car as another employee took my mats out to wash. Overall, I think it was pretty thorough. Was it perfect? No. But it’s a $50 interior exterior wash, not a $300 detail. It was good enough and I appreciated how friendly the people were and how thorough they tried to be. I’d come back.

Paid $50 for the VIP service which includes interior and exterior. My car wasnt even that dirty. Pics are from the interior. The floor mats were taken out but only lightly dusted not cleaned with soap. The trunk space wasnt vacuumed at all. The exterior wash was ok. $25 at best for exterior is what its worth. Since my car wasn't even that dirty inside, more attention should have been given to do a thorough job. Waste of money. I will not go back here. Not worth the $50.
