Went in to the Dollar Tree for cleaning supplies. This was a quick in and out. The establishment itself was clean and friendly. The are up to 25 cents due to inflation. So with that in mind be ready to spend more than normal. But overall that's everywhere these days. $1.25 is the price now so get used to it.

I mean, it's Dollar Tree, so your expectations have to be reasonable to begin with. That being said, I've seen better cared for stores of this type. At the time, items were half stocked on the shelves and left on the floor, but the store was mostly clean without any spills or obvious neglect.

Come here to load cash onto my Green Dot card because they're significantly cheaper than any other location that offers this service. The manager always has to come out to perform the task, but they're quick & efficient & very friendly about it. Not to mention all the treat & snacks I pick up while I'm there. We definitely love our trips to Dollar Tree!

This Is by Far the Worst Dollar Tree in Thee Area… It’s Very Hot Inside and Dusty Aisles are Packed with stuff that haven’t properly been put on Shelves , Broken and Used Items in the middle of the floors Just Disgusting …After Purchasing Items at the Register I Never Received an Receipt and Then was asked to Repurchase Items I already Purchased … While Waiting 45 mins to an hour to Speak with the Manager The Employees Where Slow to Assist and Rude ….. Don’t Waist your Time or Money With this Pig stye of a Place Very Poor Management !!!

I had bought a bunch of things from the Dollar tree for a kids event. But we didn't end up using a few items. So reading their policy, I went back to exchange it for something else since it was still new and not used. They were really nice about it and allowed me to exchange it. But once I got up to the register, I realized I had grabbed the wrong receipt. So there I was with a 5 year old and carrying my 2 year old with no receipt in hand to do this exchange. Luckily for me, Claudia one of the store employees allowed me to do the exchange without a receipt. She explained that she will allow it just this one time, which was all I needed. It was a honest mistake on my part and she was just so amazingly nice about it. I am truly grateful for her kindness.

They only have one register open many times you go in there the poor cashier yells for back up cashier over speaker no one shows up. While she was helping me she ask supervisor for an override on an exchange her response was " hurry up I have to go " when I asked about all the stockers being able to back her up she said they aren't register trained that poor girl I felt bad for her. But she didn't let it effect her interaction with customers Her I give 5 the store a 1

If you're into holiday decorations, this place will have it. Got the best cheap & good quality product you can find. I love shopping here. WAY BETTER THAN $.99 Store. That store is a waste of time if you are looking for a bargain.

Would have rated this place higher however after spending about an hour or more shopping and with a full cart of $105.00 of items, I was denied use of the restroom when I needed to go and asked for the key. (They have two restrooms that used to be accessible up til recently.) I was referred by the clerk to go use the nearest public restroom at the nearby Starbucks. I was not only livid, but also highly embarrassed. I clearly was spending over a hundred dollars in their dollar store but told to go to a business across the parking lot where I was spending no money and just to be able to relieve myself! I'm sure Starbucks appreciates servicing all your restroom needs. NOT COOL, DOLLAR STORE. I probably won't be back. I WAS YOUR CUSTOMER AND YOU EMBARRASS ME AND WANT ME TO GO TO ANOTHER BUSINESS WHEN I HAVE TO USE THE RESTROOM BADLY ENOUGH TO ASK. I didn't appear transient, or like I was going to abuse your facilities. How about some courtesy for your paying customers? Yea, I won't be back. I'll spend my money where I'm treated better than that. So very rude of you.

What Are You Looking For ? This is a store that has potential finds whether you are on a budget, or are shopping for a more cost effective purchase. There are a mix of both name brand, and generic products for purchase. But you also must understand that while the name implies items are $1.00, that's not always the case. In most cases Employees are courteous, and helpful (subject to location). The biggest Cons to shopping here are - - Too much inventory setting in the aisles ... It's not the Store Manager, or Employees fault. The inventory system ships so much to each Store, and they just don't have the space to stor or display everything delivered. This forces each location to have product sitting boxed in the aisles which are already narrow. - Check product expiration dates, especially on edibles or foods. Also includes cleaning, and other products or supplies. Many items shipped to stores like Dollar Tree are overages, or items close to expiration. - Last are sizes ... especially with regards to food items. Manufacturers make products specifically sized for dollar or thrift style stores. So you initially might perceive an item on the shelf is a value or bargain, but in fact you may end paying more than if you bought the larger size at the Grocery/Other store.

The Dollar Tree is a great place to explore. I stopped in today to stock up on birthday cards, bows, more spring & red, white & blue decorations for the holidays. You can always find a bargain at the Dollar Tree Store.

Some great prices on things that normally cost more at other stores. Place is usually a bit of a mess, but for the price it's worth it!

I went to this store to even exchange my stuff, the cashier wanted to do that with no receipt but a manager told that she must not do that(her name was Diana),,the cashier again told her that they can do even exchange with no receipt but she refused! And I know they can. There was a long line of customer and just one cashier and her only concern was this instead of coming out from her office and have another cashier to help people! I asked for customer service phone #but the manager gave a wrong number! By the way I called to customer service and hopefully they will do something for such a manager. Shelfs are usually empty and you just see lot of unopened boxes every where.I went to another branch and they did it for me and it was strange for her that manager didn't do even exchange!!!shame on you guys.

The place is cleaner and very well organized. I hate that it says DOLLAR TREE when the items are not a dollar anymore. THATS called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

If you go in here make sure you have exact change, the cashier with the mullet will flip out on you and try to humiliate you. Every customer service job Ive worked it would be nuts to attack a customer over making you have to count out change. Do better

Uboats everywhere blocking the shelves. I get labor is tight, but there's gotta be a better way!!! Other than the store being completely unshoppable, staff was friendly and check-out was a breeze.

BE AWARE! ALL DOLLAR TREE STORES ARE NO LONGER $1.OO !!! 25% of stores inventory IS $1.25 then there is 25% @ $1.50 , 30% is posted @ $3.00 and $5.00, LEAVING 20% @ $10.00 not posted !!!. SO BE AWARE TO BE GOUGED!! ... THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEIR STORE SIGN TO " REALLY NOT DOLLAR STORE"

This store’s staffing is in lack of professionalism and problem solving their own team’s mistakes. My last couple of visits I have been getting charged items that were not mine and after asking for a refund, they showed quick dismissal for correction and attitude about addressing such recurring issue. Sure, it might be a dollar but it does not cost anything to have a good attitude towards costumers.

My last visit at this Dollar Store on 9/11/25 was pleasant until it came time for me to speak to the manager. My mother-in-law sent me into the store with some pink plastic serving ware but she didn't have a receipt. From everything I read online it seemed like no problem for me to get store credit or make an exchange which was my intention. First the manager asks how much stuff I am returning, I showed her the single bag of plastic items and 3 plastic serving trays in my hands, ALL BRAND NEW, ALL WITH BARCODE TAGS. Then she seemed extremely hesitant, (which I realized later was the moment she was deciding whether she was going to allow my exchange or not..) she then mentioned a bank statement that could be used in place of a receipt. As these items were not purchased by me, I called my Mother-in-law to ask her if she could pull up any Dollar Tree transaction because apparently they do not need an itemized form of receipt, just proof that you have shopped there at some point. She disappointedly said, "l probably paid with cash." By this time the manager had walked away, so I do more research and realized there is no clear company wide rule, it is left up to the managers discretion. So, I had a chance to get checked out by said manager and sincerely asked her what was her deciding factor was in not allowing this simple exchange. She said that the company sends out memos telling them not to do exchanges without receipt. So thank you Dollar Tree, you are clearly trying to deceive your customers by having clearly written public policies to then, behind closed doors, do everything you can to eliminate any ounce of Customer Service your stores could provide. Oh, and by the way, I asked to clerks if I could do this exchange prior to speaking with the manager and neither lady had a clear, yes or no answer showing me your own employees don't even know your back handed policies.
