I went in to buy AAA batteries and that's it. My experience with this store was absolutely horrific. Trashy, classless, and rude employees. The cashier never said one thing to me while checking out because she was too busy listening to her fellow co worker complain about her life. Said employee was also swearing in front of customers and children.

Great store to get school supplies and household goods at one set price, $1.00! Bought pantry liners, tissues, hats, candles, and ice cream bar. I like it that everything is new, inventory is changed and replenished almost every day. Love getting my craft supplies here which compares quality-wise to those big craft stores. I highly recommend this Dollar Tree store to family, friends, and neighbors.

The cashier dropped our purchase, then rang up the next customer on ours. We tried to tell him, he just moved the item back and rang us out without adding the rest if our purchases up or removing the cleaner. He had eatmr buds in and couldnt hear us so we just left.

went here to get stuff for our hotel while we were visiting out dying grandfather. a self checkout was open but it had a bunch of items on there so i obviously hit clear because i thought they were just still walking around the store. this EXTREMELY RUDE employee started yelling at us because someone decided to steal those items and blamed us for letting them get away with stealing 40 dollars worth of items. she proceeded to blame us for 5 minutes while there were other customers waiting in line. how is it our problem when YOU didnt put a sign up, it takes literally 2 seconds.

I brought two of my neurodivergent children to the store. They were excited about the items they were finding. One of them bounced a ball for a few seconds, and before I had the chance to tell him to stop, one of the employees yelled from across the store βOh my God! Stop bouncing the ball!β. We still had some shopping to do, but we headed to the checkout. As I was waiting in line, another employee said βI can help you over hereβ, and when I went there, I found it was the self checkout. So not only weβre my autistic kids yelled at, but they denied service to us! If you or your child have special needs, please speak up against this injustice!

As I pulled up to this Dollar Tree location at 9:49pm, the cashier exiting the store , she then proceeded to stop the front door from automatically opening . I asked her can I still enter she said no they are finish wrapping up the customer thatβs inside. She continue to step outside to smoke a cigarette for over ten minutes in front of the store. she manually opened the door for exiting customers. As the time came to 10 pm. Her coworker came out to smoke a cigarette also. The store is set to close at 10pm. This location is totally un professional and needs to retrain their employees on closing procedures and customer service. First time visiting this location and last time.

POS store. Lady upfront with no name tag was rude and seemed to be bothered to do her job. They had no cashiers only self check out with a line of at least ten people. Ridiculous. Says youβre looking for a manager and by visiting the store thatβs very apparent. Terrible. Will never be going there again.

The store was a complete messβbare shelves and products scattered in boxes across the floor. The only redeeming quality was the friendly checkout staff, which is the sole reason Iβm giving this place two stars.

Has a pretty decent selection. A bit unorganized at times, but no biggie. Had a friendly cashier ring me up after I got cut off by a line hopper at self checkout. Lol, it was great.

Definitely can tell a huge difference in the store for the positive since the new store manager took over last week. The store has better employees, getting clean, organized and stocked with items! He is already making a huge turn around in this place. Will be back!

Unfortunately they were understaffed. The lonely cashier was working hard with the large influx of customers. Many customers wanted balloons filled which required more time. She was still friendly with the busyness. Got what we wanted.

Out of half of the stuff I was looking for. Went to check out, and there were zero bags available. No sign and no prior warning. Went up after another customer was disappointed and the cashier told him to go to another Dollar Tree if he didn't like it. The cashier was very rude and said flatly that corporate gave them none, and "I'm just an employee that works here, nothing I can do." He could have let people know or put a sign up so we could bring in reusable bags. I said in a disappointed but still reasonable tone that the attitude was not cool and maybe I'd shop elsewhere. He said that plan sounded great. He then said he was "chewed out and called every name in the book" by other customers. I pointed out I never raised my voice, never cursed, and never insulted him, and he went, "Yeah, so?" I think that spoke volumes about the management there. I get it's a dollar store, not a fancy place, but they're set to lose business if they keep people like him employed there.

This has to be the worst Dollar Tree I've been to. I've been there several times in the past, but it has gone down hill terribly. It is very dirty in there. The items are full of dust. The shelves were near empty of many things. The cashier was fine. This really surprised me as to how dirty this St Cloud Dollar Tree actually is. Poor management. I would NOT recommend this location of Dollar Trees.

I passed Dollar Tree many times and though they were like every other Dollar Store, that boast 1 dollar, but have items priced much higher. No, Dollar Tree is the real deal, everything is a dollar. This is my second day shopping there, I just got back, and I'm very pleased. I can buy items that or 2 to 3 times the price in regular stores. The books they sell, are even cheaper than Goodwill, a "non-profit store." Some book are 1 dollar Goodwill, but some are priced as high as $4.98. Sure you could bargain them down to $3.00, but that's still higher than a dollar. Many people claim that the goods are close to expiration date. Well, I have yet to see any items that were close to expiration date, and I just spent about an hour in a Dollar Tree. I walked down almost every single isle, looking for items to buy. I bought a frozen loaf of Garlic bread that expires in May 2018. A loaf of Garlic Bread at Publix would cost over $3.00, more than 3 times the price. Yes the taste is as good as, or better than that Cole's Garlic bread at Publix. All the seasons and spices at Dollar Tree are a Dollar. At Publix, the same sized spices can range from $2.50 to $5.00. The organic, or imported spices at Publix spices are even more expensive. I bought a 7 ounce bar of Yardley Soap for only a Dollar. That same name brand soap is .98 cents for 4.25 ounces at Walmart, and as high as $1.75 at other retail stores for that same 4.25 ounce bar. Dollar Tree is now my main retail store for grocery, bath products, office supplies and kitchen wares. I grow most of my produce organically, so no need to buy from stores at their super inflated prices.

A few years ago, I would have rated this store much higher, but I can no longer overlook the significant price increases, the declining appearance of the store, and the incompetence of the staff. I am thoroughly disappointed with the Dollar Trees in St. Cloud overall, but this particular location stands out for all the wrong reasons. Itβs unacceptable.

Third visit to the store and every time it's filthy. Not just the front entrance but the aisles have trash on the floor as well. Skimpy selection and half empty shelves. What a horrible environment to work in. I feel sorry for the employees. Adding photos...
