Okay now I am re-reviewing this store after the last time so now it is alot better and when checkout time comes please look at the registers they do their best but stocking is a little well "crazy" ( but they do their best ) I have to say so just take it easy when you wanna save and shop try to do it with time is all.

So happen to be in COMO visiting a friend right before Christmas. I found a huge selection of deals for the kids. I’ll keep them in mind when my daughter wants to find a great bargain I seen some items that weren’t in the stores here in St. Louis

I can normally find what I need at most DG's but in recent months this one has been understocked and out of a lot of items. Also the help is complaining out loud about how bad their job is. Take the trip a few miles north to Hallsville or Harrisburg DG's. Much nicer people and the store is not empty.

Myself along with about 10 others were waiting in line while 1 cashier was overworked and customers were getting very unhappy due to the super long wait. Some even walking out. There was a young man with a ponytail in the back sitting on his butt ignoring the pages from the other cashier up front for help. Definitely wont b going back here again.

This location had only 1 register that took any cards, and one for cash only. This resulted in a very long line with long wait times. Multiple grocery items were empty. The cashier was polite however.

Wow, the store redo is great I think the aisles are a little wider which is wonderful and everything is organized well. The checkout area seems to be wonderful! Although now I'm going to have to relearn where everything is :-)

Store is filthy. Shelves were trashed. Male cashier was rude. Threw items down on the floor when I decided I did not want them after they rang up higher than expected. Roll-tainers and totes are scattered everywhere. Cant even hardly walk through the isles.

Most terrible store! No room to walk through the isles. There were four store associates hanging out in the back of the store stocking shelves. The most unprofessional language and talk. Talking horribly to each other and badly about the customers in the store. Made it to the front of the store and there is a line of 5 people waiting to be checked out. No store associates to check them out. Put my things back and left. Won't be back at all! Will take all of my business elsewhere! Work on the store appearance and the people you hire to represent the business!!!

I buy junk here all the time. Usually candles and candy. Those seem to be the cheapest items in the store and provide the best value. Though last year I bought a train set for $5 and its pretty fun to play with. Got to take it apart and see how it all works.

I have shopped in 5 of your stores, the Sweet Spring store was the most helpful and the New Warrensburg store the most fun. Everyone was super helpful. I was trying to locate and purchase summertime products. They dug right in and helped me search. Those 2 stores where the best organized, then Marshall, not happy with the 2 stores in Columbia, not in good order. Staff was nice to me

There is much more of a selection since reorganizing store. It takes awhile to locate things. There are much more groceries available now. Staff is always nice and friendly. The new counter set up to make purchases makes waiting in line a little easier.

Every time I shop at this store. The customers pile up on top of you as you're trying to check out and pay. It is very uncomfortable because of the virus and trying to put the pin number for paying. People need to wait until after the person gets their bags and walk off. It happens every time and they need to tell them to back up 6ft not 2 inches, they actually are touching you and talking etc. etc. Sorry I don't like to post bad reviews, but the workers need to say something!

Staff is rude and they have issues wearing masks while inside the store. Great place to shop if you want to contact covid. Also this store is always a mess. And did I mention rude staff. And the store manager Travis needs to take a class on customer service skills and hygiene.

Rude cashiers. Sign on bathroom door says out of order: do not enter. It works perfectly fine but since they don’t clean it, they won’t allow customers to use it. Lost me as a customer for good because of that. Zero stars if possible. Also the store is dirty and unorganized.

I have never had a problem at this Dollar General. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just be patient when waiting in line if there is only one register open. The staff are doing the best they can. Happy to have this place as my local DG.

This location is always busy no matter what time of day I seem to go. Employees are usually friendly and helpful if you can't find something. Only reason I would give 3 out of 5 is for the appearance of the store, shelves are often over half empty and it's NEVER organized to make shopping more convenient for customers.

This store had at least two vagrants hanging out in the parking lot, it looked like they were watching people coming in and out of the store, probably waiting for an opportunity to steal something. There are a number of cigarettes butts that are all over the parking lot and trash around the curves. A shady looking guy went in with a backpack on I am sure ready to fill it. Store pricing is good, decent variety, just needs to get rid of the people that have been hanging around outside. It doesn't make the customers feel too safe.

I'm all about employee's being off on Holidays and enjoying the day I however do not find it amusing to POST a sign DAYS/WEEKS before the holiday announcing store hours only to pull up and find a hand written sign you are closing at 5. I would of never got out of the house had I not saw the posted sign right on the door that you in fact would be opened. I wouldn't of gave it a 2nd thought but here I'am at 7:30pm dragging my 1yr old out in the cold for cleaning supplies that I forgot to purchase cause Paris Rd wants to advertise they are going to be opened when in fact the employees just want to make their own rules up and do what they want- forget what they told their frequent shoppers for the past 3weeks. Y'all are a joke over here- Luckily Vandiver Store kept their word and the whole trip out isn't a complete waste. I hope corporate comes and pays the G.M here a visit cause when I managed a business I kept my word and didn't make up hand written signs when I felt it was ok.
