Tho store is close to my house so this is where I go for anything I need to grab real quick. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Most dollar stores have the worst staff, this one is the exception.

Store is usual a mess. Hard to find things. Customer service isn't too good. Most of the time staff is rude. Not helpful at all. I'd much rather go to a different location. I was just in the area and really needed to buy something.

When the door open at Dollar General on Gulf Street the first words are how you doing can I help you how's your day going and from there you start looking around there are other workers in there that can help you to see if there's something you need even though they are busy doing other things they stopped to see if they can help you that's great.

I came to the store at 8:40pm and the doors were already locked and they were refusing customers. I come to this store almost daily and so do most of my family members. I will never come to this location again! They dismissed me so rudely. The hours of operation clearly state open until 9:00pm. This is shameful and it seems they close early for their own benefit!

Compared to the other dollar generals in Beaumont the one on gulf street seems to be people's favorite store and I can really see why. The staff is very polite and respectful it's worth every penny to spend at this store.

2210 Gulf Street Beaumont, TX. My local store when I'm at home. Things are usually easy to find, the store staff knows me as well as the manager... When I walk in the door, I'm welcomed with ay first name included in the greeting. Local and very convenient, only 6/10s mile from home... Family Dollar is across the street.

This store is the Staple of the community. The Manager here is always professional and friendly. Her curtious and professional manner lingers even when she is not physically present in the store. The staff appear to be well trained and polite for the most part, with an exception of a few outliers in my opinion. I hope the store continues to Sore and can eventually be able to provide incentives to help build the surrounding neighborhood.
