During COVID-19 times, when it’s mandatory to wear a mask even in 95+ hot weather... the owner not only has a HUGE FAN blowing constantly during business hours but he also went around and gave everyone a water for FREE. Totally unexpected, but truly generous and amazing customer service!!

Price is pretty high and really needs to be cleaned. Had to wash my over sized comforter and blankets. Did a pretty good job in the industrial washer

It says they take TAP pay it doesn’t work some machines take debit cards it kept telling me to reswipe Also once I went to another machine and swiped my card it charged me $20 no where in the laundry mat it states a $20 dollar a hold on my card which is really insane just use CASH honestly if you go here

Very clean place and machines The only thing I didn't really like was the attendant that was there I was always thought that you don't start cleaning the table while your guest is still eating. Lol. More then once the attendant almost swept me up with the totally non existent dust on the floor But i guess super excessive OCD at a laundry mat during covid is a plus 😜🤣. So I'm going to change my 4 starts to 5

Thank God for large loading washing machines. This place is great for large quilts or any large load items that wont fit into a regular size machine. This facility is conveniently located and has a manager on site which is nice. Laundromat is not cheap though.

I am a frequent customer and utilize the wonderful fluff and fold service at least once a week. Miss Mary takes great care of my clothes and does a very thorough job. I can always depend on her and she does it so quickly! Love this laundromat, great customer service, good machines and ALWAYS clean!

This laundromat is clean, bright and has lots of washers and dryers. I didn’t have change but clear signs posted on the wall day to go next door to the bar if the change machines are not in service. That’s what I did. Dryers are reasonable to me because you pay for time by the quarter, not in a lump for a big lump of time.

I don’t know why this place has a 4.5 star rating. The window and online says they accept debit/credit cards. I tried about 6 machines and none of them worked. So I had go to a near by grocery store to get cash. Very inconvenient for people that don’t carry cash on them. There were a couple of gentlemen smoking cigarettes right outside the door, close enough to where you can smell it inside. Also were about 5 men just loitering outside people watching. I was definitely uncomfortable since I was alone with my toddler. I know it’s out of the owners control but I probably won’t be returning for these reasons. I gave it a couple of stars because it was decently clean and they do have a lot of machines to use.

This place is filthy, and it stinks. Tons of broken machines. The remaining machines take your money and leave you with half washed clothes. This is the first time I’ve ever washed clothes and they came out smelling worse than before I washed them. Whoever is making all these 5 star reviews must be getting discount washes or be friends with the owner. This place sucks. Dryers stink too.

Priced reasonably, until you realize their dryers don't work very well So, by the end, it costs at least the same as other laundromats (potentially more), but takes longer to get out the door. Also, there is no bathroom, which is a problem if you are there longer than you had planned.

This is my favorite laundry mat in Vacaville. There are so many washing machines to choose from, and lots of folding space. The place is clean and the manager and other employees are so kind. One of them gave my son a toy fire truck, so sweet. I will definitely keep coming here. My experience every time is great.

How is it that no one works at the actual washhouse. They have the laundry card but no place to load it. Way outdated machines only except coins?!! HARD PASS We gathered our stuff and are now onward to another place. Get with the times already. Omg

Honestly? One of the best Laundromats I've been to. Everything you need to wash clothes is there. Good prices, seating available to chill and wait for your clothes, nice and peaceful. Give em your business its dope spot.

There are several machines that don't work but have no out of order sign. If you swipe your card to pay, it pre authorizes 20$ EVERY SINGLE TIME. Including those times when you're unknowingly trying to use a machine that doesn't work. The machine doors have gotten stuck shut to where I couldn't get my clothes out. It's a terribly managed laundry facility that creates an extremely chaotic wash experience.
