I’ve taken my car here a few times since I’ve moved to ATX and the team here is my favorite! The girls working the desk are so friendly and the team does an amazing job everytime. The free drinks are a nice perk and it’s a cozy spot to wait in if you don’t feel like leaving. This time around, my car was in dire need of a deep clean and I’m very satisfied with the results of the full detail.

Complete Auto Wash makes getting your car cleaned enjoyable. The front desk girls are super friendly and pretty! The vibe is always relaxed. There’s a taco truck out front and they even offer a free beer while you wait. My car always comes out spotless, and the service is consistently great. Definitely my go-to spot.

I have been coming here over the summer and it is now my go to anytime wash/detail spot. Quality vehicle care and waiting service. Always attentive and well staffed for all your needs. Cold beverages are available while you wait. Indoor and outdoor waiting area with a food truck to boot. Would recommend for cost effective high-end washes for your vehicle.

Come here if you want scratches and swirl marks on your paint. This place charges $50 to $500 for a car wash and doesn't have the decency to use a clean rag. The wash itself was sloppy and done in less than 5 minutes. They took no accountability and told me it was someone else's fault, which is odd considering I bought the car brand new and they were the first to wash it. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't trust this place. They're not professionals.

Came yesterday for the first time to test this place before signing up for an annual membership. Good thing I did because I drove off without inspecting the job done. I later saw the terrible water spotting all over the hood, rear window, and elsewhere, wheels that hadn't been touched, and multiple areas of uncleaned body panels in the pictures. I should also mention, the truck was given to me with water still on my mirror housings, and my truck bed cover, rear bumper, etc. This is a truck that just had a $400 exterior detail done--it was really clean. I'm not here to constantly hound people and double check the work done--I just want to get what I paid for and be on my way. I won't be coming back.

This is a dependable car wash that provides great service. They are attentive, nice, and response to questions and feedback. I’d recommend purchasing the packages for the best value. I like that they offer you an opportunity to upgrade to a higher detail service for the price difference, this is convenient for me if I travel to another city and want a more detailed wash.

I should have remembered that last time I came I had a bad experience. $65 plus tip later, I have a cosmetically clean car, but still found trash under and around seats, and grime in my cupholders. The price is right for the area (Clarksville), but the price also has to meet quality standards at that price. If you open a dive bar in a nice area and charge $20 per beer, you’re going to get bad reviews. Same vibe here for me. EDIT: per the reply from the manager, I have called several times (for what reason I don’t know), only to not have the phone picked up, and get sent to a full mailbox on a personal phone. Feels very scammy. Good luck with that.

Overpriced and they did not do what was advertised. When asked about the service that was not done correctly I was told that’s not the service I payed for and was dismissed. Might as well go get your car wash through drive through because it will most likely look the same if not better for a fraction of the price. Horrible customer service. When I called to speak about the service I received, the line kept going straight to voicemail to a very sketchy personal line. When I finally got through, they were not helpful and kept cutting me off and completely ignored my question and hung up. Will never return again.

They broke my key fob here and said they couldn’t do anything about it. I didn’t realize it was broken until I made it home, because my car was running. I was able to put all the buttons back in the key fob but one was missing. I called the front desk and she told me to come back, so I drove 20 minutes back just to be told they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t tell them on site. I am disappointed with the customer service here and how careless they were with my belongings.

I've been using their subscription service and have been happy with the results. They were able to help remove some adhesive that was stuck on my paint. Staff have always been friendly. If you have a specific request it might help to write it out ahead of time in Spanish but there are bilingual staff also. The location is hard to beat if you are in downtown.

If you’ve been frustrated by less-than acceptable service and outcome when it comes to car washes, come and give these guys a try. I was so happy with the way they left my car washed and the friendly customer service, that I decided to purchase a membership to both my vehicles. It’s so nice to have a cold beverage offered every time I come, aside from not worrying if my car will come out completely clean. One hundred percent recommended 👍🏼

Maybe I had a one off experience? I got a mini detail for my 4runner...went to the has station...and noticed they didnt even wash the roof. Don't charge me for a truck if you are going to wash the roof...of the truck. The interior was great but for $210 I expect a pretty damn thorough wash.

Avoid this place. Zero accountability and incredibly bad attitude. I’ve been bringing my truck here regularly since July, but after my last visit, they left a large scratch that tore off part of my wrap, about the size of two quarters. When I calmly pointed it out, the owner immediately got defensive and accused me of arriving with the damage, instead of even considering that his team caused it. No investigation, no apology, just aggressive attitude. He eventually pulled out his phone and tried to show me grainy footage from at least 30 feet away, claiming it “proved” the scratch was already there. I looked at him in disbelief. I come to this place almost every week, as my building is just a block away. I asked my building to pull footage of my truck leaving the garage at 12:12 p.m., right before I drove that one block to the wash. I’m posting that footage below, it clearly shows my truck was undamaged when I left. There’s no question where the damage happened, and the beauty of this day, is that I have witnesses that I happened to bring with me. When I asked why his employees don’t take photos when they notice damage, he told me they “wash too many cars” to do that. Later that same afternoon, I found out from a colleague that she was given the exact opposite story a few weeks back. Same owner showed her a picture, claiming her vehicle showed up that way. She was skeptical in her gut, but couldn't do anything about it. Now we’re confident he staged the picture. After reading other reviews here, it’s obvious we’re not the only ones who've dealt with the same denial, blame-shifting, and lack of accountability. Shady owner. Shady business. Accidents happen, that’s understandable. But being treated like a liar by a business I’ve supported for months is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic respect from the owner speaks volumes. Avoid this place. Attorney and reimbursement for repairs on the way.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent car detailing experience here. After paying $250 (including tip), I expected a high standard of service, but instead discovered noticeable dirt and scratches still on my vehicle. It was clear that key areas had been overlooked. To make matters worse, I've made four attempts to contact the shop to resolve this -- but their voicemail box is full, making it impossible to even leave a message. That level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for any business, especially when a customer is trying to resolve a serious issue. I've been a loyal customer and have appreciated their work in the past, but this experience has completely changed my view. Unless this is made right with a refund or some accountability, I won't be returning -- and I'll be considering next steps through my insurance if necessary. I have more photos if need be.

I brought my car here to get tree sap removed and paid for the Premium Wash Package, because apparently I enjoy believing words mean things. Spoiler alert: the sap was still very much there when they were done. When I pointed this out, I was told I’d need to speak to a manager… who conveniently wouldn’t be in until the next day. Even better, they explained that I should have specifically requested sap removal. Right, because when you pay for a premium wash, it’s unreasonable to expect the visible, sticky substance on your car to be addressed unless you formally submit a sap-specific waiver. And sure, maybe sap requires some magical, top-secret process, but if that’s the case, why not mention it before taking my money? They clearly saw it. To top it off, the employee’s attitude was basically, “oh well, not my problem,” and I was dismissed with a casual suggestion to come back and talk to the manager if I didn’t like it. For what they charge, I expected actual service and at least a baseline level of customer care. Instead, I got a shiny car… with the same sap and a side of indifference. Premium experience, indeed.
