In May 2025 I purchased a 2025 CR-V with salesperson Nick Mueller. The transaction could not have gone more smoothly and Nick was wonderful to work with. I live in St Louis, but the prices at Columbia Honda were lower than our local dealers, which make the trip worth it. I negotiated the deal over the phone and email with Nick and then drove out to pick up the car. Nick was very patient and spent plenty of time with me on the phone, on email, and in person, including walking me through the car's features and helping me with the financing. I cannot recommend Nick and Columbia Honda more highly. Coming from a Honda loyal family (Six of us own Hondas, and I have owned five Hondas over the years) this means a LOT. I will be back and I will refer you to all my friends and family. Thank you!

Columbia Honda was fantastic to work with. Absolutely no pressure was put on us to buy a car. The problematic issue is waiting for Honda Finance of America to call and verify my identity so paperwork can be finished. That was a 12 hour wait.

There’s an older man named Grant that has an accent that was my sales men. And he was ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL! If I could do 0 starts on my experience with him I would! I wanted a specific car and he kept trying to tell me that I only qualified for one I didn’t want. (When Honda in Jefferson City offered the rate and monthly price I wanted for the car I wanted) I told him I was car shopping when we first started (which was about 10 days through texting until I arrived in person) and when I got there I told him what I qualified for in the Jeff city dealership and was trying to see if we could do that here so I didn’t have to go all the way there and he huffed and puffed and went to the back room and came out saying that he couldn’t do that) and wouldn’t even try to give me any other options. Not to mention when I first got there and explained these things he kept walking away to help someone else and didn’t tell me what he was doing as a courtesy. So then I asked for my pre approval paper that he showed me and he proceeded to complain about how hard he’s worked to give me a deal on a car I didn’t even want and that he “don’t even know what I wanted him to do” and completely denied giving me my pre approval letter. Needless to say the same day I went to Joe machens in Columbia MO and they gave me a WAY better experience with the best deal on the car I wanted and didn’t try to force me to choose a car I didn’t want. They were flexible and worked with me on MANY different options. And I walked out with a brand new 2025 Bronko Sport for a WAY better price. He’s the reason Honda lost a sale. I will be HIGHLY recommend trying ANYONE but Grant because if he “goes out of his way” to “get you the best deal” and you don’t follow through he’s gonna make you feel like crap. And he isn’t gonna give you options.

We found Columbia Honda online and Blake immediately contacted us and was able to save the car we wanted with a very affordable deposit! Absolute gem of a dude and not what you think of when you think ‘car salesman’. He walked us through the steps piece by piece and made it incredibly easy along the way and was just a genuinely nice human being! Also, as far as financing went, koon was unbelievable and got it done quickly and for a great price! Overall fantastic experience and we love the car!

Everything was going well with our new car purchase. We are out-of-state buyers, and our sales guy, Trent, was great. He was always quick to answer the phone and answer any questions we had throughout this process. The day of the purchase there was a misunderstanding with the payment method, but Trent went above and beyond to get that resolved, as he had done before the purchase day. It was no hassle at the end. However, the only thing that didn’t go well was the vehicle registration process and the people in charge of that. We paid them to handle all the paperwork. I called after two weeks and a half to follow up, and at that point they hadn’t sent anything. They reassured me it was going to be sent before the 30 days (Iowa). After it took them a while to send it, they called me and informed me it was sent. So far so good. Since it was send right before the holidays, I called the DMV a week after to double check it was received. I was informed by the DMV that my application was returned to the dealership because basically they sent a sloppy application. My name was incomplete, missed signatures and other mistakes.

I bought my car from here it was a very easy process. I did have to take it to get fixed and unfortunately nothing was covered on the warranty they made me purchase. They did understand my frustration and covered the cost that should have been covered by the warranty. I am hoping that in the future the services will be better, but I did appreciate them working with me to get my repairs completed they even threw in a rental free of charge.

I bought my CRV new in 2011 from Columbia Honda. It’s the only place I have ever taken my vehicle because I trust the service department to keep m vehicle in good shape so I can go places without any worries. The Service Manager, TJ, the Service Reps like Andrew, and the mechanics are always polite, friendly, and provide details that I can understand. If you want excellent and consistent service for your vehicle, I highly recommend Columbia Honda!

My review is for their service department. I have never purchased a vehicle here before. Columbia Honda is always my go-to recommendation for friends who need Honda-specific services taken care of. I myself have an independent mechanic for my vehicles but for specific Honda services (like valve adjustments on the V6 engines), I bring my vehicles here. They do the job fine and their rates are good for what you get. They use OEM Honda parts (not aftermarket), which is what you want especially when it comes to your engine and transmission. Recently I had an issue that was traced back to work they had done earlier this year on my vehicle. Even though I was a little out of warranty (for miles) they still redid the work at no cost to me. Mind you - my car's almost 20 years old and I was technically out of warranty. That's just fantastic service. Thank you guys for your help. And I will continue recommending my Honda friends to you when they need their next timing belt done. May the Lord bless and keep you.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Trenton Custard in sales. We bought a new 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite from Trent and he was very prompt, professional and likeable from the beginning point of contact until the end of the deal. He didn't try to pull any fast ones on us and cut to the chase on offering a very competitive price. We drove over 5 hours to make this deal and would gladly do it again! I live about 100 miles away, but I am more than happy that I traveled to Columbia Honda to buy my new 2026 CR-V Sport-L. The entire team made this the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The Team: • Franci was absolutely amazing personally and professionally. I actually changed my mind from a red EX-L to the red Sport-L in less than two minutes, and she handled it perfectly without any hesitation. She is patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. • The Financial Manager was also a pleasure to work with. He was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I really appreciated that he didn't pressure me at all; he just took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood my coverage (like the Honda Care and GAP). • Finally, a big thanks to the General Manager, Michael Miller. He has been personally following up to ensure every single detail went smoothly and that I was 100% satisfied with my visit.
