By far some of the BEST customer service I've experienced. Work on vehicle was completed promptly. I enjoyed my experience dealing with their staff. Those I delt with seem to be very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to insure I was well taken care of.

Went in to ask if they could do work on a classic vehicle of mine, Mr. Vick turned me around due to a “3 week back order” he stated. Then told me “if I was to bring my vehicle there it would not be a priority and the vehicle would sit in the shop until they have time to fix it”. I was actually looking into getting a couple of cars painted at this location but I guess due to the “back order” they wouldn’t be able to accept my business. I was referred by a family member but it’s safe to say I will not be returning to the business.

For the best experience I've had at auto body repair facility. From start to finish kept us notified as it was updated as the progress was being made. Even called me to inform me of costs before repairs of each item had began to ensure my money was well spent and as added bonus cleaned the car for delivery. Vehicle seemed to be in better shape than it was before it went into their shop. Scratches that were there before the accident seemed to disappear as well. They didn't need to buff it from top to bottom for what they were fixing but did anyways as a courtesy.

I obtained an estimate which was a very fair price and brought my truck to get the repair done the next day to collision classics. They sent me daily texts on the progress and then 4 working days later they called and my truck was ready. I went to pick it up and you couldn’t tell there had been an issue at all. I highly recommend this business for your repair needs and if I ever have another repair need (which I hope I don’t) this is the business I will use. I obtained 3 other estimates and 2 of the 3 were higher for the same work.

They took great care of my camry as well as myself. Quick and professional support and service; Replaced my hood and front (it looks brand new 😭). They even cleaned my car (I'm so grateful and ashamed; it was so dirty!) I personally 'worked' with Victor who went over what needed to be done and got me in with a date that suited me. I will definitely come here before anywhere else in the future, despite the 25m drive.

I've used Collision and Classics on two vehicles, and both jobs were done very well! They were both rear end accidents requiring lift gate repairs as well as body work and paint. When they were completed, you couldn't tell anything had happened, it was a GREAT job. Customer service was top notch as well, keeping me informed through the whole process. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

My car went in for rear bumper repairs when I picked my vehicle up a peice was missing off of my door handle. Guy in office comes out pretty much denying anything happening. I had to show him pictures than he finally agreed to have it repaired. Had problems with bumper went back so say they replaced the bracket. I week later bumper is coming apart on right side once again he said they're not at fault. I ask my parents to sit in on my sons chemotherapy just to deal with BS. Never never will I step foot in this place again. Bad Business

My personal Thanks to Gerald Condon and his team. They did a fantastic job on my wife's accident repairs! They went above and beyond fighting our insurance company to make sure our vehicle was done correctly and the safety systems in the car were returned to factory specifications. Tessa Ewing was our service coordinator and we can't express our gratitude in all she did to get our vehicle right! This is the ONLY company that will ever do collision repairs on our vehicles

I have been a multi-use customer of Collision and Classic but the reason is because I have bad luck and they are AMAZING! I’ve never been disappointed and their team goes to great lengths to ensure my vehicles are brought back to their peak. Trust me, I drive over 50,000 miles a year, so I’ve messed up some cars but Collision and Classics has always been there. I’ve never used any other repair center and I NEVER will!

This was my 1st accident & prayerfully my last! Mr. John and the ENTIRE staff at Collision & Classics were friendly and professional from the time I dropped my vehicle off. Excellent communication was provided during each step of the process. Any questions that I had were answered with a detailed explanation. I haven't lived in Beaumont for almost 26 years but its nice to know that caring and trustworthy business like Collision & Classics STILL exists. My vehicle looked amazing and sparkled like it was fresh from the dealership! Someone dear to me recommended them to me and I recommend them too! A HUGE thanks again to Mr. John and the entire staff! You all are simply awesome!
