★☆☆☆☆ ** "0" Stars if it was Possible** I must say I typically do not review, but this one could not leave without speaking on this car wash. My first time here and for sure my last. 1. They RUSH you to choose an option before you even pull up and stop the vehicle, they are asking you to get out. 2. All the vehicles move through the way on top of one another. I've never seen that before. 3. Car still came out dirty. Brand new BMW X6 (BLACK, so of course everything shows). 4. The guy proceeded to call the "dirt" that appeared still as "tar" at first and I said no way I drove through tar, I barely drive it. Then he said "cement", I wanted to die with laughter after he said that. The temperatures are currently 20 degrees where would I be driving through cement. 5. I proceed to wipe it with my finger to show him it was dirt, to his surprise, it was just dirt, dried dirt. Tons of it on both sides of the bottom. 6. The guy offered if I return another day that he would spray it down the next time. What would make them think I would return? My first experience was horrible, I don't return for a second horrible experience. That would be silly of me. I should have backed out when I was uneasy at the beginning experience of being rushed when I pulled up. I do believe in bad days, so I would have forgiven this situation if they were at least patient and courteous. For heaven's sake I was a first-time customer, and I voiced that when I arrived so that they could stop rushing me to choose an option. To the business owner, I do NOT need a response to this review, just do better and move on. Maybe today was a bad for you and your staff. I wish your business the best of luck.
