Don't waste your time or money. Literally just pulled out of the wash and drove to Kroger to check the job. My car wasn't very dirty to begin with , but when I wiped my fingers across the driver's side, the dirt/dust hadn't been removed at all. Hand and fingerprints weren't removed. I'm not sure how they can even call this a car wash.

Touch less car wash, consistent quality. As with all touch less car washes it does not remove caked on dirt. You are still better off since touch less will not scratch your paint. Caked on grime should be removed periodically by hand washing the car with a known clean wash mitt and cool water.

Clean Cats is a touchless car wash. Nothing touches your vehivle except the cleaning solutions. It does a very good job keeping your vehicle clean. Because it is open 24/7, I used to use them only if I couldn't make it over to the local automated wash. But I started noticing the brushes on the automated wash were starting to scratch my headlights. I have since gotten a black vehicle and don't want any scratches on it, so I've been exclusively using Clean Cats. There are 4 levels of wash available. With some of them, you receive tokens to use the vacuums. The average wash seems to take about 7-8 minutes. The air dryers are good about getting most of the water off. I've never had any issues with frozen locks or windows when I use the wash in the winter. As a precaution though, I keep a small towel in my car to wipe off the door seals if I get the car washed at night during the winter and it has to sit overnight. Good bargain!

We have been using this car wash for a few months now and absolutely love it. We do the Supreme Wash on both vehicles and we are always pleased with the end result. The only problem we have ever had was handled very quickly. We had earned some free tokens for the vacuum cleaners, but when we put one into the vacuum system, nothing happened. I called the car wash, nobody answered, I left a message and within seconds a very nice man came out and asked if I was the person who just called. I gave him another one of our tokens for him to see if he could figure out the issue and he got it running for us. I couldn't believe how quickly he came out and was so happy about how kind he was. We'll definitely continue using this car wash.

I like this car wash because I can get a brush free wash. I missed the sign on the last bay that does you brushes. I came back around to see if it was posted. Well that what happens when you don't read the description all the way through. They also give you tokens to vacuum out your car. The price seems high but it's competitive. Top wash at this time, April 2023, is $16. A single wash at Moo Moo is $18. I just wish they had a program with a flat rate for unlimited washes a month. Or at least get a free car wash after 5 or something along those lines. I'll keep going back. Best brushless car wash I be found in the area.

Used to love this car wash, but the last few times I've had issues. Recently, the last bay knocked my side view mirror. Luckily, it was retractable, but it was concerning how powerful the brushes are. Last night, it pulled my back windshield wiper off my van, which I just paid for a new one the other week. Now, I have no back windshield wiper. Also, my van still looks dirty after washing it there and the dryer doesn't work that good. It hasn't been an issue until this past year, but I won't be returning after last night's incident.

Their vacuums are so low power that they don’t even suck up dirt. The wash is ok but I would just recommend going to a self cleaning car wash or moo moo

Easy car wash and no waiting in a long line to go through. But $12 for a wash that doesn’t clean your car is a bit silly. Very visible dirt left on car afterwards. The lights were fun to look at. I’d find a different car wash or just do it yourself. Water marks still left on mirrors and windows as well.

Touches car washes won’t clean the built up dirt especially over the windows HOWEVER it is a great wash for when your lightly dusty or just to get the salt off. I want this place to offer a monthly subscription so bad it would be the only touchless car wash with a subscription around. If you maintain your car correctly these car washes are great but if it’s muddy and dirty don’t expect it to come out without some leftovers haha if you need a scrubbing to to moo moo

Glad that this is a touchless wash however I visited on 3/1/25 and paid for the mid-grade wash and there was no soap that dispensed and left the car wash with a dirty car. I wasn’t able to find a number to call to try and get a refund of any sort. Would be great if owners had a customer service line to call or an email instead of just an emergency line.

If you want a clean car don’t come here. The last two times I’ve came my car was still dirty. The wash won’t even take off a spec of dust. Save money and wash your car by hand if you really want it clean. Waste of money. I bet Moo Moo cleans better.

It used to be a nice car wash but I've been ripped off the last three times. 2 of them when I chose the ultimate wash. It would be done in 2 minutes..skipped almost everything. Nobody is ever in attendance

Really need to do a better job with signage especially with how long the lines are. Many come here after googling “brushless car wash” and unfortunately there is no way to know you are about to enter the one with the brushes until you have waited in line for 30+ minutes, you’re next in line, and have no way to back up. Why have a sign at all if it is in teeny tiny print at the car wash entry lol.

I've been looking for a good Touchless car wash. This one did a pretty good job. I hope it stays that way. So many of these places start out good then eventually start going down hill as the owner starts trying to cut corners and the sport free rise starts to leave spots. This is a great pre-wash for those that like to save their paint from swirl marks and micro scratches that other car wash eventually leave in your paint. I will be coming back as long as it does a good job. You have to consider that this is a touchless car wash. If your car is very dirty don't expect any touchless wash to get it perfect. It's great for a prewash. All the dirty and debris is washed off and gets your car ready for the hand wash. If you don't want swirl marks in your paint this is what you have to do. Good prep for doing a non-professional ceramic coating spray on type.
