“Closed for weather.” My husband and I bought a monthly pass for this car wash. When it is open the touch less wash is great. However, it is constantly closed. When we purchased the passes we were told they were able to keep the washes open if it was 20 degrees outside or warmer. In the past 3 weeks we have gone by 12 times and it was closed. Multiple days in a row they stated they were waiting on parts. The parts came in and it finally reopened. Two days later it was closed again because they were waiting on parts. Went by when it was 36 degrees outside and it was “closed due to weather.” Went by yesterday afternoon and yet again it was closed due to weather. Every other car wash we pass is open, but this is continuously closed. It is a nice wash when it’s open but we have found in the last 3 weeks that the “24 hour wash” is closed constantly.

Great place to get car wash. They have a 24 hour touch free bay. I have been a member for 4 years. Membership is good pricing. Only thing is their car wash machines are down for maintenance often, especially in the winter. They can’t get there subscription service right. I was charged, but they can’t find me in the system. This place is a mess. I would call to make sure their bays are working.

Handsdown the best carwash. Rates start at 5$ and goed to 10$ 15$ Even the basic wash is pretty good. The vaccums are free to use and are extremely powerful

I have been a customer since the rebuild / relaunch and am 110% satisfied. The monthly subscription is a great value. Everyone working there is very, very friendly and professional. The quality of the wash and ancillary products is outstanding. I live 10 - 15 minutes away, but it is always worth the time to drive over and treat my Honda Odyssey in the manner she has grown accustomed to :) . I am downgrading my review. I stopped my membership quite awhile ago due to a move. However, while a customer and while using the touchless wash, I noted a very loud crash into my car. I didn't see anything at the time, but noticed months later that I noticed a divot in my rear door. It is obviously too late for the store to do anything about this, but I am extremely disappointed with the blemish to my previously perfect car.

Touchless wash is always broken. And when it finally is open the the wait time is always 30 to 1hr wait. The staff was pretty rude.. I do not recommend 👎🏻

Don’t go to Car Wash USA Lewis Center. The touchless bay is broken a lot! When it is broken/not working it takes them awhile to get it fixed. Time and money wasted. I do not recommend this car wash.

Love this car wash, amazing price and quality. I go here specifically for the touchless car wash and recently got the unlimited package. There's usually a few cars worth of a wait so when I saw on their website the touchless wash was open 24 hours a day I got excited. Unfortunately it seems that's not the case. Tried to to through at about 5:30am on my way to work and while everything was on, access anywhere behind the vacuums was blocked by a series a of cones. Disappointing. Still worth the price, just wish I knew the website info was outdated. Editing my post to add that there's signs around the car wash that say "touchless carwash open 24 hours a day!" LOL oh well 🤣

Here's the problem with this place. First, the one and only line is long because people are getting there clean car washed because of the monthly one time pay unlimited washing. Two, I got my truck washed if that's what you want to call it. It had more colored soap on it then a rainbow. Three, don't get your vehicle washed if it's cold, the ice will be on it thicker than a glacier, cold water, really! Over all, save your money and go somewhere else!!!

They place a sticker pass on your windshield. It worked fine where it was however the owner, Todd, didn't like where his employee placed mine and insisted it be replaced (horizontal rather than vertical). My front windshield is tinted and we couldn't remove the old pass with a razor. I asked if new one could go on the outside of windshield he got frustrated and said he was terminating my pass. I was never rude just didn't want my tint damaged. There has to be a better solution than that. I was happy to pay a monthly fee to use the wash. Just very poor customer service with this situation. All that to move the sticker only 1 inch and horizontal rather than vertical.

We bumped into this car wash and was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! First time I saw a bucket with a brush and bug wash! There were 2 car wash areas- one express and one touchless. Highly recommend

Updated: Touchless car was. Doesn't always have the best soap dispensing. Paying for the extra soap and seal leaves you wondering if you actuall got it. Vacumes dont work too well.

So I pulled in here thinking I would get a quick car wash and this was really anything but quick. By that I mean this place is set up to handle two different drive-through’s for the automatic car wash at once they only had one open and it was very slow. My very slow I mean I sat in the line for 15 minutes but one car completed well one car advanced. I’ve been other places in about every 3 to 4 minutes a car advances into their machine but not here. Now this place looks new it’s beautiful and has plenty of add-ons that they’re selling you unless you buy the unlimited membership and I get that they want repeat automatic customers I get it. But frankly the slow pace of the car wash process really has turned me off and I won’t be coming back unless I have no other alternative. Now I will say after sitting in line for the 15 minutes they did open up the second bay and I was the first one through and got through quickly so I don’t know what their main service bay for washing cars problem is but it is super slow

I visited this car wash because I wanted a touchless wash. Like some others have noted, each car takes 10-15 minutes to cycle through, which is painful. Once you're in the line there's no way out. While I waited, I had time to watch other washes. This wash isn't spraying on the rear or passenger sides of vehicles for many of the cycles. Despite seeing this, I figured it would still be an improvement and went ahead with the "Platinum" (highest level) wash. When I returned home, I was highly disappointed to find that my car didn't even look like it had been sprayed with water in a significant way. Particularly on the passenger side an the rear it was just as dirty as before I wasted my time and money at this car wash. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I certainly will.

I was a Car Wash USA subscriber for over three years, picking it up in 2022 with my brand new car. The touch-less wash was my primary reason for the subscription so I could keep the paint looking like new. Originally the subscription was fantastic, the touch-less was always open even in the winter; perfect to get the salt and grime off real quick, especially after a storm, or road trip. Fast forward to present though and things start to breakdown, literally. In my last three months having the subscription the touch-less wash was closed nine of the ten times I went. I would even call the number and look on Facebook and their website for status updates, but none were given or not reliably up to date. It became infuriating to call the number before leaving my house to check for any down/maintenance messages, simply hearing “our touch-less wash is open 24/7” only to arrive and have it be closed. I brought this up to the office when I did get a hold of someone but was quickly dismissed, nothing changed and was left feeling like I was being unreasonable to expect an advertised 24/7 car wash to be open 24/7. If you’re looking for a great car wash that actually communicates when it’s closed, Bolt Car Wash on Owenfield Dr. (literally across the street) just sent me a text message explaining why their carwash was offline and when it’s expected to be back online. This was perfect, I now know not to drive over and have a clear estimate and path forward to know when it will be operational again! Can’t recommend Bolt enough! Also, in contrast to Car Wash USA; Bolt Car Wash doesn’t use silly mandatory stickers that leave residue on your brand new car!
