Don’t believe the “2 months free “ sales pitch. You sign up and after the first month they charge your card for the second month. We had a free car wash coupon and the kid said you can get two months free just enter this code when you sign into the app. Did all those things and after the first month the card was auto charged. Can’t cancel the charge or get refund so they get the money and your stuck. Canceled the service going forward. Live and learn. Very disappointing and won’t use their service again.

Automatic car washes like this just don't clean well. If all you have is dust, it'll work great. But if it's a deep grime, you're going to have to use old fashioned elbow grease.

We had a terrible accident at this car wash and took forever to investigate into the incident. Was eventually denied without out any single reason even though we presented evidence and had witnesses. Please be aware of the dangers of crushing here and avoid it any cost

This is the new car wash opened on intersection of Powell roans and Polaris parkway. As new offers line free car wash and one month unlimited fir 5$ so I gave try for my two cars. The free car wash was worth 17$ and it really cleaned the car including tires. One thing food about this car wash is it has clear glass so you can see outside how the car is getting washed. Staff are friendly and have enough space for free vaccines. If you are around Polaris you can try this.

Update 2026: New owner, same old story. Today I paid for the "Super" wash specifically for the wheel cleaning and underbody flush. However, upon entering the bay, the electronic display showed "Quality" — their cheapest, most basic wash. Just a heads up to double-check which wash is actually being activated. ------------- The quality of the wash is terrible. This is the first time I have encountered a situation where after washing the car does not look much cleaner than it was before washing. It seems like their filter system is not working, and they are washing cars with dirty water. If you like Blue Sky Car Wash, another location 10 minutes north on Route 23 offers much better quality washing. Don’t waste your money here.

Love Tommy’s and my membership. From Michigan and kept my membership when relocating to Columbus however I must say this location recently opened a couple months ago and they have the worst dryers out of any Tommy’s location I’ve ever been too. Please do something to improve the quality of these dryers.

They lied about the 2 month free washes with their recent opening. Would have charged me after 1 month but I thankfully caught it. I saw another review and they chopped it up to a misunderstanding; certainly don’t think it was a misunderstanding as I was told the same thing! Can’t imagine how many people got a charge they didn’t expect! Also just generally a poor wash quality. My tires were never shined (though the promotion said it should have been the highest tier of wash) and I’d watch every car come off the belt still dirty with visibly unwashed tires.

I had an AMAZING!! Experience at this car wash. My car had so much dirt build-up on it that it didn’t come clean when I went through the wash. I had stopped at the vacuums to clean out my interior, and the man who works there (I believe he was the manager) came over and said he would send us through a second time completely free. They then gave us multiple dashboard wipes and air fresheners. They were so nice and so amazing! Will definitely be coming back!!!
