I stopped in like I have so many times before to wash my truck but this I put in $5 in quarters though I heard the soap coming out of the brush so I turned it to spray off my truck and it would do nothing but this. I have called multiple times over the past few days to no avail

Overall, this place is good. I’ve been coming for more than a decade. It’s a bit pricey, and it isn’t as well maintained as it used to be but it’s one of the few remaining self-wash places around here.

I take my vehicles here often. Haven’t had any issues before. Always enough water pressure and soap. Vacuums could suck a little better, but overall it’s a great value.

Everything worked and I accomplished what I needed to do. Overhead attachment setup of spray hose was not long enough for my 39' RV requiring me to wash one half and then pull forward and wash rear half. This was no big deal but plan ahead for each $2 timed segment. I never fugured out how to use the brush with water so I used my own.

Cant get ahold of owner . Phone number disconnected. You owe me 3.00 bucks for a bay that the hose was cut. No one on site. No number to call when you have a problem.

The one over behind Publix on highway 92 is a whole lot better than this one. Not only do they have credit card readers or cash in their bays, they don't hold you up by making you spend a minimum of $3.00. You can buy as much or as little time as you want.

It eats your money in all the stalls' machines and doesn't turn on at all. No water, no soap, no anything. .... When you call the number listed here, you get the "number no longer in service, or disconnected " recording. What a scam !!!!!!!! I want my money back. I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Booo!! Update from the old review. Sadly, they updated from cash/coins to a credit card. Cost shows $5.50/8.50. The Turn knob was loose so difficult to know if your on right selection. Found out it doesn’t beep to know times almost done. So just rushed and realize you have to shut to off manually. I checked bank later and it charged $10. After 2 yrs I will not go here anymore. I’ll pay extra to have automatic service. First time and so pleased!! Best do it yourself car wash!! Will be a regular. For $6 I got exercise and a shiny truck!!

Been using this location for a few months and have been happy with it until today. I took my brand new car in to hand wash it. Apparently the soap brush scuffed up my hood. There are several scratch marks on it that were not there before today. I noticed the base of the soap brush was leaking heavily so apparently there wasn’t much soap coming out and the drier brush was coming into more contact with my hood, causing several scratch marks on it. Absolutely ridiculous this happened.

I spent 3$ here on two different machines to use the carpet shampooer and neither of the machines work and no one answers the phones or even calls back..I feel like I was taken advantage of and that they were false advertising a carpet shampooer but no shampoo...that is bad buisness and needs to be reported! At least a sign saying out of order and to make it right I should be reimbursed my 3$ so I can go use it to shampoo my car elsewhere.

Vacuum took my money wouldn’t come on and there’s no number to call for help so people are just trying to use the equipment and it’s just collecting money in the machines that don’t work !

This is has to be illegal. I’m working on disputing with my bank and the BBB. The charges on my card using the tap to pay were not authorized. The phone number is disconnected so I can’t reach anyone at Thief headquarters. Tsk tsk! Don’t use it folks!

I used the new tap to pay system. Even though it clearly says 5.25 for 8 minutes, I was charged 10 dollars when I used it. I will be disputing with my credit card company and reporting fraud to the BBB.

I have been coming here for about 15-20 years and have never had issues until today when the machine ate my money and the number was disconnected.
