I went to car spa to get a regular hand wash. It was my first time visiting this location, so I had a lot of questions about how the detailing service works. Thankfully, I spoke to Nunez. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions. My experience at the Car Spa was amazing! The manager, Ronald, helped me pinpoint the kind of detailing I was looking for by describing the types of services they provide and made adjustments to the package I wanted. Everyone there was extremely friendly and informative. My detail techs, Daemon and his crew members had my car finished and spotless in no time! I will go back again, without question. My husband even approved of their work (and he normally cleans my car!). The only way this experience would have been even better is if they had a mat cleaning station for easier detailing.

I brought my car and my wife's car to Car Spa. They were both pretty dirty inside. The guys did a damn good job cleaning them. I was very impressed. The wait time was reasonable as well as the price. Tipped both times. Please consider tipping.. very impressed.

As a paying customer, I feel compelled to say what many of us are already thinking. Yes, we understand that your business requires employees to be outside to assist customers. That is not the issue. The issue is watching your employees stand outside in cold conditions with no visible effort from your company to keep them warm — no heat lamps, no warming options, no concern. And make no mistake: customers are paying attention. We see it, we talk about it, and we do not like it. How you treat your employees matters just as much as the service you provide. When customers watch workers exposed to harsh conditions while your company continues to operate and collect money, it sends a very clear message — and it’s not a good one. It makes your company look careless, selfish, and more focused on profit than people. There are numerous affordable and readily available options to provide heat for outdoor employees. Heat lamps and warming solutions are not unrealistic or unreasonable. Choosing not to provide them is a decision, and customers are judging that decision. Great customer service cannot cover up poor treatment of employees. Many of us are uncomfortable supporting a business that ignores basic employee care, and we will take our business elsewhere if this continues. This speaks volumes about your company, and right now, it’s speaking loudly — and negatively. Do better. Your employees deserve better, and your customers expect better.

I recently had my car detailed at CarSpa and was blown away by the experience. Berti, Hudson, and Julian were awesome — super professional, friendly, and you could tell they really take pride in their work. My car is now looks great once again. The Car Spa/Car wash at Windy Hill and Cobb parkway is the absolute best car wash in the area. Reynolds and his team do a phenomenal job. I took 2 of my cars for a mini-detail and I was blown away on how great of job they did on both of my cars. Reynolds checked on my vehicles while my cars were being cleaned, updated me during the process, and he checked in with me when my cars were finished.... That is what I call exceptional customer service.... I recommend this place without hesitation. Please thank them for me for the fine job that they did on my vehicles

I hadn’t been to this location in about five years and the model has changed to primarily drive-through with self vacuum. But they still offer full service exterior and interior packages, and I got the platinum package which was on special for $29. They did an amazing job and it only took about 40 minutes. all the guys were incredibly polite and so helpful. Highly recommend!

Great reliable trustworthy place for oil change. Comes with free car wash. Technicians are professional and efficient!!! Follow up Note: Their business hours listed in Google is incorrect. They are NOT open until 8pm on Sundays as listed. I went there for car wash at 5pm on Sunday and it was already closed.

If I was rating my experience today I only would’ve gave 1 star. Luckily the young men were very nice despite poor job done. I’ve had a monthly membership at this carwash for over a year. Normally very pleased with the outcome however unfortunately not what happened today. I came here to get a full interior detail. I paid $130 for the interior detail and even told them don’t worry about doing the trunk and third row area. Just the front and second row area. They did not even touch my middle console, nor any of my doors. They forgot one of my weather floor mats hanging up outside the car and left more than an acceptable amount of stuff in my car that should’ve been cleaned. After waiting a hour and a half and paying $130 for the detail PLUS tipping an additional $30 to the gentlemen that cleaned it I am very unsatisfied. I also told them I wanted baby powder scent and they gave me cherry scent which I hate cherries. I went back in after seeing my vehicle and cleaning the rest myself but no one was in the lobby to talk to. Safe to say I will not be using car spa for anymore interior details .

The attendants are always very helpful. I received a coupon for a free $30 wash and it was excellent. I will be returning. The wash seemed busy and didn’t have anyone replace dirty towels with clean ones is the only negative I saw! Will be trying them for an oil change next.

Nunez truly represents the values of Car Wash Spa exceptionally well. He went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were able to retrieve our membership car after switching vehicles. At first, my husband and I were experiencing some issues, but thanks to Nunez, everything was properly resolved. He also made sure that the sticker from another company was properly added and removed. His dedication and helpfulness made for a great experience, and we truly appreciate his efforts!

First off, IF THE PRICE OF A SILVER WASH IS $10, WHY DID I JUST PAY $12? And how can you call this a tire shine? See photos. This is my first experience at this establishment and I don’t see myself returning even though they’re 3 minutes from my house. To top it off, there’s no one to talk to in order to get things corrected. Not happy. UPDATE: I did find the manager, he was very apologetic and offered me to redo the wash for free next time I was there, to just call for him and he will take care of it. When I did return (remember I said I didn’t see myself doing that, but decided I’d give it a chance), the location had changed ownership and to my disappointment, they did not honor the previous manager’s promise. I took the cheapest option they had since I was now trapped in the line with cars behind me, vacuumed my car the best I could as their vacuums don’t offer great suction and left. I have since been using the new car wash that opened up right across the street. Great service, great vacuums and better equipment. DOUBLE UPDATE: I don’t think I mentioned this specific car wash also has a gas station and I recently noticed their current gas price was cheaper than even Costco, where I am a member, so I decided to get a quick fill-up there. It’s been raining quite often lately, so I know I’m not going to wash my car just to have the rain ruin it. When I got to the pump, there was a sign indicating that we needed to pay inside instead of at the pump, so I did that. I jokingly asked the attendant “so do you guys offer a free wash with fill-up?” to which he kindly said no, so I asked him if I could use the car vacuums (since I was there and my interior needed a spruce up) and he kindly obliged, so that was cool and deserves an additional star in my book. I still don’t see myself washing my car with them, though. TRIPLE UPDATE: Decided to give these guys another chance since I passed by there and saw they had a basic car wash for $7. To my surprise (serves me right), they did not honor that and said their basic car wash was no longer available and that it was now $10, but comes with the tie shine which was previously optional. In other words, they are now pushing a service on us without offering a choice whether we want it or not. This was the last straw. Funny thing is, a new car wash facility recently opened right across the street from them, which I tried and found to be incredibly well put together and they offer many commodities this one lacks. Based on the level of service I’ve been receiving from this place, I would much rather pay an extra dollar at the new place than ever setting foot (or tires) in this place again. Needless to say, I took back my star, and another one for good measure.

The service was extraordinary. The staff was super helpful and super nice. My car has never looked that good. The detail was amazing. I can recommend this to anyone who wants their car to look like new. Mike, Julian, Malachi and Reynolds had great customer service and attention to detail.
